"I am sorry to say,. Yes i understand this is a busy time of the year for this restaurant,,, But i did order 1 hr 30 min ahead of time and was told it would take 1 hr to 1 15 min. That's fine we waited but upon arrival at the said hour(even 15 min more) the order was not ready the cashier had me pay ahead of time which i did with a 100, dollar bill...."
