En étant péruvienne, je peux dire que j'ai trouvé la nourriture très bonne, le goût est excellent, j'ai mangé une brochette de coeur de boeuf typiquement péruvienne, j'ai trouvé la portion petite... le riz au poisson & crevettes & le rouleaux très bons aussi comme les cóctels! Félicitations, j'ai retournerai bien sûr!!!
We enjoyed our experience at Chifa. The waiters were very courteous & attentive, the food was delicious & fulfilled our expectations. The pisco sour was a little bit light. We think that potatoes are an important element in lomo saltado so we hope it can be included as an optional side dish for it. As Peruvians, we found that the flavour of the arroz chaufa was very close to the one at home, so it was a very authentic experience. The ceviche de pato was a delightful surprise/combination. We will definitely recommend Chifa to our family & friends & we will come back.
A bit pricy. New savors to discover, I mean Peru / China is not a mix we see everywhere ! I would not make it my favorite regular place to go to eat but to make discover new things, it is a good option. The atmosphere is really nice
