About us
Chifa is Chef Larrea’s way of sharing childhood memories through his own interpretation of Chinese Peruvian cuisine. Originating from Peru, this Chifa cuisine is the accord of Chinese elements with traditional Peruvian ingredients.

nous avons pris 3 plats à partager à deux & c'était largement suffisant. je vous recommande les brochettes de pieuvres, les calamars frits & le général bao !! je vous recommande aussi les cocktails délicieux.

This place is a must! Came here a few months back, we ordered a few dishes, I didn't find the daily cones to be worth it, they were a bit overpriced & really not filling or overly tasty. HOWEVER, we ordered two other dishes & if we could, we would have licked the plates clean. They were absolutely fantastic, I really truly recommend this place to anyoneView more

Excellent quality of food & care for details from the young dynamic chefs, however way too pricey for the size of the dishes.
Maybe ok for downtown office folk, but for glob-trotter foodies super familiar with Mtl gastronomic scene, it's a stretch on the budget...we'll return one of those nights when we go see a show at PdA...View more

Food is amazing; the flavor is very strong & distinctive. Ceviche, skewers, & pastel choclo (dessert) are the highlights of our meal. Peruvian x Chinese is such an impressive combo. Service & ambiance are great. It's definitely worth a try.View more

Great atmosphere but prohibitive prices for ridiculously small portions, food was rather average. Also, question mark on the hygiene of preparation as I saw the employee preparing the daily cones (raw meat & fish) with her bare hands with no gloves nor protection, something I do not see even in Mc Donald restaurants.. The only negative about my experience at Chifa was that I was enjoying the food so much, I forgot to take pictures of most of it! We reserved for 20 people for a surprise party, & they accommodated us perfectly in a private section. It was exactly what we needed, & the whole setup felt seamless.
Now, let's talk about the food-it was absolutely delicious. Every single dish was on point. We went with the formula option, which allowed us to try a bit of everything. In total, we had around seven different dishes, & every single one was fresh, perfectly seasoned, & bursting with flavor. Honestly, I can't even pick a favorite because they were all so good, but if I *had* to, the fried chicken was a standout (my personal'coup de coeur'). The mushroom skewers were unbelievable, & the ceviche with its sauce was next level.
The service was also amazing-friendly, fast, & super attentive, even with such a large group. The food came out quickly, & the staff made sure everything was running smoothly. From start to finish, it was an amazing experience.
If you're looking for a spot with incredible food & great service, Chifa is a no-brainer. 5 stars, hands down. I'll definitely be back!View more

The atmosphere & service were great but the chicha was a bit watered down & the 2nd menu item was not very good way too salty the sauce for a chicken dish, The chicken without the sauce would've been good but overall small portions for the price. I'll come back to try another menu item next time.View more
