About us
Chifa is Chef Larrea’s way of sharing childhood memories through his own interpretation of Chinese Peruvian cuisine. Originating from Peru, this Chifa cuisine is the accord of Chinese elements with traditional Peruvian ingredients.

via LibroWe had a lovely time at Chifa. Food & drinks were superb. I had two pisco drinks & my partner had an excellent gin cocktail. We tried the General Bao appetizer. It was the best version of that I've ever had. We were delighted by the other entrees. In particular their take in the fried chicken was imaginative & well executed. A great find!

With tears of joy & ecstasy in my eyes, I must declare to the world that this is the best meal I have ever enjoyed. We had the Peking Duck, the Hong Kong Style seafood any the calamari, & my mouth is a festival of reward. In addition to the food memory of a lifetime, we had the outstanding benefit of Nelly as a guide; she is a subject matter expert on the menu, but also is damn good fun to be around.
