J'avais envie d'un plat réconfortant. Je suis passée au comptoir pour une poutine & deux hot-dogs vapeur. Service courtois & rapide. Casse-croute typique. Photos de vedettes sur les murs. Lieu Old school & personnel sympathique. Menu simple mais les classiques y sont. On sait que ça sera bon quand des réguliers passent pendant notre commande. Une seule recommandation… Arrêtez de cherché une cantine à hotdogs go go go ! Vraiment le meilleur endroit pour manger des frites incroyables & des hotdogs au boeuf qui conserve leur grosseur contrairement au hotdog donc la saucisse perd 50% de son volume… la qualité est roi chez Ma Tante…Voir plus

Price is perfect portions are big the poutine is perfect! A lot of curds they don't cheap out!! Service is great they are so nice will definitely be back all the time & they are open till 4am so it's awesome! I'm also celiac & their poutine did not give me a reaction! So happy !Voir plus

This local landmark sadly didn't live up to the hype, if you plan on making an out-of-your-way trip as we did. You can either take your food to go (not ideal for hot dogs & fries) or eat standing up at a counter with no seats. The place was absolutely freezing cold & unwelcoming & we were eating our meals as quickly as possible. We ordered hot dogs (too much cabbage that wasn't cut), fries with sauce (good flavour but far too much sauce), & fries (very tasty & generous portion). On the pricey side for casse-croute with basic offerings. ***Edit*** Thank you for your response & please note: - we visited prior to the holiday week - sauce is okay but there was too much (it was close to being a soup) maybe offer it on the side(?) - the cabbage is good just ought to be cut & not long spaghetti like strings (& yes I took most of it off)Voir plus

Just ordered in Ubereats & when we received the order of hot dog which we specify coleslaws cayenne mustard + mayo & ketchup, they only put mayo & ketchup but none of the selection of coleslaws cayenne & mustard! It just s*cks that they got the order wrong when we got it in hand... The food is great but they could have been more careful & do the order right for ppl who order for delivery...Voir plus

Came here on Saturday December 7th, 2024 around lunch time - Love the exterior decorations for Christmas, there is a nice mural, lots of stickers in the windows & music playing outside. The restaurant is very small & more of a take out counter, with no seating, there is also a drive through. Note they take cash only, there are ATMs on site. We ordered 2 types of hot dogs & a poutine - the hot dogs were good, michigan sauce could have been more flavorful, it was lacking some sweetness. Poutine was a disappointment - the fries were not salted & sauce also lacked some flavor. It was thin & runny, closer to a BBQ type of sauce like St-Hubert style rather than the thick brown gravy. I found everything could have used more flavor. There is only 1 size poutine & it was on the small size. Considering this is some type of historical institution that's been around since 1929, I expected to be charmed but the food was very average & on the expensive side.Voir plus
