Vraiment très déçus de notre expérience hier soir. Le calmar en entrée était bien ordinaire, grosse assiette avec peu de calmars. Une plus petite assiette aurait été plus appropriée & un peu de sel aussi. & la salade de chèvre chaud, chèvre froid plutôt, le fromage tout pris ensemble, très peu goûteux. Quand on en a parlé au serveur, il a supposément été consulté en cuisine puis est revenu rapidement en me pitchant presque l'assiette, c'est comme ça que c'est supposé être. Hmmmm...really? Une chance que les cromesquis étaient bons, c'était pas complètement raté. On n'y retournera pas. Nos multiples expériences au Lionel Laval avaient été extras. Voyons voir si nous aurons le goût d'y retourner à celui-là.

Une expérience mémorable au restaurant Lionel!
Dès notre arrivée, l'ambiance était accueillante & le service tout simplement impeccable. Mention spéciale à Noemi, la maître d'hôte, qui a su rendre notre soirée inoubliable grâce à ses recommandations parfaites & son attention délicate. Chaque plat était un délice, & l'équipe en salle a su créer une atmosphère conviviale & raffinée. Un vrai coup de coeur - on reviendra sans hésiter!
Excellent food & great chef Guillaume ( beef Bourguignon, turbo fish, fried calamari were all 10/10),

But 4 weak points:
- The bread was served cold
- There are no table cloth( it should be added in the evening to give it the class it deserves, but still stay casual during the day)
- The huge ribeye steak that can only be served for two. It should be also offered for one person( if it can be eaten, it can be cut in half!)
- desserts are average at best
Mon copain & moi sommes venus vendredi dernier, & c'était super calme, puis le service était tellement froid & si peu accueillant que cela nous a donné un certain mauvais moment à chaque fois que la serveuse venait à la table (très peu souvent)... Une serveuse qui fait une accueil avec aucun sourire & qui n'a même pas le goût de nous servir... Tout le long du service, on dirait qu'elle ne voulait pas être là, on demande pas qu'elle soit hyper sociable mais au moins, un sourire, avoir de la courtoisie aussi... Elle prend notre commande avec effort on dirait, & je voulais le tartare avec salade, c'est arrivé avec des frites, mais la fille qui a apporté les plats était fine & elle a changé mon accompagnement, mais sinon je trouve ça dommage comme service :
I like the food at this place the duck was really delicious & tender & the beet salad was just amazing. The fish was tasting good as well. When I ask the waitress if we can sit on a table that I found more interesting they didn't refuse my request, & I found it very, very polite. The price was reasonable, based on the quality & the atmosphere comparing with other restaurants the price was lower, but the quality of the food was even higher.

Overall, I was very satisfied with my experience. The service was attentive, the cutlery was neat, & the waitresses were friendly. For the main course, we ordered Poulet Dijon & Pavé de Saumon, both were well-cooked & delicious. For dessert, we had the Tarte Tatin, which was a little too sweet for my taste but still overall good. I especially recommend trying the Pêche Bretonne cocktail.
Globalement satisfait, Océane a offert un service sans reproche.
Le plat de turbot était plus huileux qu'attendu. Plus comme un fish'n chips. Les gnocchi parisiens était excellents.
Belle expérience au resto Chez Lionel pour célébrer une fête d'anniversaire. On était un groupe de 15-20. Le décor était tellement beau que je n'ai pas pu m'empêcher de faire des photos d'ambiance.
La salade César & le cheeseburger étaient excellent; & que dire du service parfait du début jusqu'à la fin. C'était efficace, rapide & très smooth. Merci Fabien & Danaé !
Crowded & vibrant vibe. Service very good. Oysters were fresh. Fois grais & devil eggs very good. Steak with fries good. Ravioli good. Only disappointment was the duck confit which was too dry but sauce was very good.
We visited Chez Lionel as a family of three, & it was absolutely amazing! The atmosphere was warm & welcoming, the service was friendly & attentive, & the food was simply outstanding. Every dish was full of flavor & beautifully prepared. It felt like the perfect mix of upscale & relaxed dining, which made it enjoyable for both adults & our 7-year-old. Definitely one of the highlights of our trip to Montréal - highly recommend!
Une belle surprise ! Nous ne savions pas qu'il y avait maintenant un Chez Lionel tout près du Centre Bell. Comme nous sommes des habitués de la succursale de Brossard, nous étions vraiment contents de tomber dessus par hasard en allant à un spectacle.
L'endroit est grand, lumineux avec de grandes fenêtres, moderne tout en restant chaleureux. On s'y sent bien dès qu'on entre. Comme nous avons mentionné que nous devions assister à un spectacle, le service a été rapide, efficace & très courtois. Malgré que le restaurant soit plein à craquer, tout a été fluide & impeccable.
Nous avons pris de très bons cocktails &, comme nous n'avions pas une grosse faim, nous avons choisi plusieurs entrées à partager. Tout était délicieux : le gravlax de saumon bien frais & généreux, la bisque que mon conjoint a adorée, & l'assiette de foie gras qui était tout simplement parfaite.
Vraiment une belle découverte au centre-ville. Nous y retournerons sans hésiter pour prendre le temps d'essayer d'autres plats du menu & tester encore plus de cocktails.
