The food was amazing, & the service was fast & attentive. I highly recommend the charcuterie & cheese platter-it was absolutely delicious. The décor & atmosphere felt luxurious, making the entire dining experience even more enjoyable. I would definitely come back & recommend this place to anyone looking for great food & a beautiful setting!

Service courtois, rapide & efficace. Nous avons été servi par David qui a offert un service chalereux & professionnel. Il a une bonne connaissance du menu & a suggéré des plats que nous avions tous adorés. Les portions étaient généreuses & tout était délicieux. Je recommande fortement. Nous avons passé une excellente soirée dans ce restaurant pour un groupe de huit personnes. Le service a été rapide du début à la fin, ce qui est particulièrement appréciable pour un groupe de cette taille.

L'établissement offre une très grande capacité d'accueil avec beaucoup de places assises à l'intérieur. L'ambiance est celle d'un bistro chic : les lustres en cristal & la décoration élégante apportent une touche raffinée, tout en conservant une atmosphère décontractée & accueillante.

Je recommande particulièrement les pleurotes frits accompagnés de leur salade d'endives, un plat absolument délicieux & très bien exécuté. Pour le repas principal, j'ai opté pour le tartare de saumon, qui était bon sans être mémorable.

La carte des vins offre un beau choix, & l'emplacement en plein coeur du centre-ville en fait une adresse très intéressante pour une sortie entre amis ou entre collègues.

Une belle découverte que je recommande sans hésiter.

The food was fantastic! The lobster bisque was a bit too strong, but the beef cheek was amazing. If you're ever in the area, I highly recommend the beef cheek main dish. The chicken dish was also great. The service was excellent, & the atmosphere was fine.

Absolute wonderful service. Flew in from the United States & were treated like royalty here. The manager & waitstaff are top notch & the food was out of this world. Would recommend to anyone in the area traveling to Canada!

My husband & I were in town for a short visit & stumbled into Chez Lionel on a whim, without a reservation. We were greeted very warmly & shown to a table where we enjoyed a phenomenal meal. Everything, from the cocktails to the lobster bisque, fried oyster mushrooms, duck confit, hangar steak, & charcuterie & cheese board, was absolutely exceptional. The entire staff was friendly & welcoming, but John's service was outstanding. I would absolutely recommend Chez Lionel in a heartbeat!

When we went, there was an event menu where you can get one starter & one entree for 50$ CAD, which is a really good deal! The salmon tartare was great, slightly sour & very creamy, but the duck confit was amazing! A wonderful sweet salty sauce & soft duck with crispy skin. Would recommend!
