L'ambiance était très présente j'y suis aller avec ma mère & c'était un moment très agréable à passer la nourriture était très bonne.Je conseille fortement d'y aller en famille.
First time visiting Canada, me & my girl were hungry so we looked online & find this spot & decided to go try it. First off, the food is to die for especially the homemade fries & the juicy burger. The owner is really cool & know how to receive his customers. Thank you for my first little experience😁
After seeing good reviews, I went in to grab a couple of burgers. & the reviews were right! Home style burgers made on the spot by two good men. Very fresh & full of flavours. I'll definitely go back again. Highly recommended.
We were visiting from Kelowna BC with friends Sharleen & her husband & we were all definitely delighted with the choices along with the prices. The food was delicious, 😋! We choose the burger with the smoked meat, & a grilled chicken burger with Swiss cheese , a chicken burger & another which was a crispy chicken burger. Following the favorable feedback received on Facebook & Google reviews, I visited this establishment. The reputation is well-founded. I was served by a courteous server, & when it was time to settle the bill, the proprietor, André, personally assisted me. We discovered shared interests, resulting in an engaging conversation. Regarding the cuisine, I ordered onion rings & a hamburger. Despite a brief walk to the nearby waterfront, the onion rings remained crispy, though slightly oily, so I was unable to finish them all. However, I preserved them for later enjoyment, & they retained their deliciousness. The hamburger was delectable. André offered me some of his signature hot sauce, which complemented the burger perfectly with its ideal spiciness. Although the patty appeared dry, it was, in fact, succulent & flavorful. As the adage goes, appearances can be deceiving. I intend to return to this establishment in the future.
Super petit restaurant de quartier ! Accueil très sympathique, plats copieux & délicieux. Parfait pour déjeuner avant de pédaler le long du canal de Lachine.

Je suis tombée chez l'gourmand par pur hasard, je me promenais en char en essayant de trouver des places où manger, pis je suis tombé sur le resto sur google à cause des bons reviews. Je dois dire, c'était une des meilleures poutines que j'ai jamais mangé, les frites étaient croustillantes avec un intérieur tendre, le fromage fesait squik squik comme du vrai bon fromage en crotte, pis la sauce brune étaient tellement épaisse que je pouvais sentir mes artères se bloquer. Overall, c'est un restaurant très humble & dans un quartier de montréal loin du centre ville, c'est vraiment comme un joyau caché. Le propriétaire était très amical & avait une très bonne attitude, j'y retournerais avec joie!
Petit casse-croûte familial. Mais de la gastronomie de pataterie de haut niveau. Un burger L'Gros Gourmand savoureux & une poutine Smoked meat excellente. Les patates cuites à point, avec un goût léger de boeuf, de la garniture en bonne quantité, c'est exquis !! Le proprio t'accueillir comme un ami ! Aucun regret pour du fastfood ! Merci André !
OH MY GOD... that first bite of their poutine... I can't even describe how good it is! The texture & flavor of the sauce, the real "squeaky" cheese, the fries.. absolutely amazing! The owner, Andre, makes the whole experience that much better! You can tell he loves what he does & loves his customers! He even told us the secret as to why his fries are sooooooo goooood!! Which I definitely won't divulge here. Go there & find out yourselves! We also got a hot dog & a smoked meat sandwich which were delicious too but that poutine takes the cake!! Kids devoured the hot dog so it has to be good but kept asking for more poutine! SoOO worth the visit!!! Keep up the good work guys!!!
