Nous avons pris un sandwich poulet croustillant, un Burger L'gourmand & une petite poutine porc effilochée, c'était excellent ! On sent le fait maison & la poutine est devenue notre numéro 1. L'accueil de André est super chaleureux foncez !

Le restaurant Burger L'Gourmand était exactement ce à quoi je m'attendais. Un vrai burger avec de la vraie viande fraîche, des garnitures de qualité, simples & santé - rien de commercial. Ça goûte comme un BBQ maison, mais version restaurant.
On sent que le cuisinier fait ça avec passion. Tout est parfait : le goût, la rapidité du service, & l'organisation. La cuisine est ouverte, on voit tout se faire devant nous, & le service est très sympathique.
Qualité-prix très abordable ! Pour deux personnes, j'ai pris un double cheeseburger & ma conjointe un cheeseburger, avec une poutine assez grosse pour partager & deux boissons - le tout pour 58$ tip inclus. Franchement, c'est un très bon prix pour de la cuisine maison de cette qualité.
Honnêtement, je ferais n'importe quel détour pour revenir manger ici. Un des meilleurs burgers en ville !
Super nice local place. Came here on a 5 hour layover from the airport. Guy was super friendly, spoke English & French & was happy to chit chat. The poutine was good & very much enjoyed the sandwich. Accepts card. Didn't see wifi advertised but didn't ask.
Absolutely fell in love with this restaurant! The food is INCREDIBLE & André is so kind & passionate about what he does. He gave excellent recommendations & made everything in house (very quickly!!). The poutine might be my new favourite in the city… We will definitely be back as need to try the whole menu! Thank you André!
I went out of my way to try this spot because many people were praising the Poutine.
The owner was super nice & friendly, he definitely loves what he does.
The Food:
The fries were very undercooked, gorged in oil & bland tasting.
The cheese curds melted, far from'squish-squish' if that's what your standard is. Take-out or delivery would be much worst.
The sauce was good, definitely not your run of the mill poutine sauce. Closer in taste to gravy for a roast.
Price: I found it very expensive. For two small poutines & two sodas it came to $49 including tip. The price wouldn't have shocked me if the servings would not have been so tiny.

Amazing food! Went for the first time with my boyfriend & we got the burgers & poutine. Everything is made in house & it was truly a great experience. Also was not expensive either fairly priced.
Enfin une poutine savoureuse digne de ce nom pourtant j'en ai goûtées plusieurs dans tout Montréal. Ne ratez pas le fish & chips super tendre sans parler des frites maison croustillantes à l'extérieur & moelleuses à l'intérieur. Les ailes poulet épicées un délice. Très belle surprise ce restaurant qui mérite amplement chaque avis positif. Allez-y les yeux fermés 🤩

Le restaurant est situé dans le quartier de mon enfance. Un restaurant fast food est maintenant ouvert a la place de mommies fish & chips . Je croyais que c'était seulement du fast food. Il y a aussi du poulet BBQ, des côtes levees & du fish & chips pour ne nommer que c'est la. Le resto est tres occupé a preparer des commandes pour emporter. Le menu est écrit sur de grandes ardoises qui sont faciles a consulter.
J'ai goûté aux hot dogs & a la poutine que je ne mange que rarement. Je suis retourné pour en manger une autre tellement elle était bonne. Le pain a hot dog est différent des autres restaurant, il est meilleur & de bonne qualité. La salade de choux est faite maison. Le service par le proprio est efficace & dans la bonne humeur. Ce restaurant est excellent & je compte y retourner souvent
Le délai était de 30 min mais pour un restaurant c'est normal. Le service était super! Mais la poutine hot dog manquait de fromage & les frites étaient trop grillées. Un peu décevant.
We hadn't planned to eat here but after a rental car debacle we needed to dine before hitting the road & sometimes in rough circumstances you get lucky.
Small storefront restaurant (one table for 6 & a few stools facing a big wall menu chalkboard) serving really good food. We only had a classic poutine & hot dog near closing time & both were delicious & everyone we dealt with was pleasant & courteous. We ate inside as we were traveling but clearly many neighborhood folks were picking up their dinner. Closed pretty early though when we were there - 7:00 - so be warned.
