It's my first week in Montreal & my only regret is not walking into the place sooner. I eat out often but I can say without a doubt this was the best poutine & burger I've ever had. The poutine has squeaky cheese curds & a rich gravy with just the right consistency. L'Gros Gourmand burger is juicy, smoky, fresh & packed with flavour. Not to mention André, who took my order. He was very hospitable & kind, even served my food right to my seat & checked on me midway. This place is a must-try, & 100% will be back. Thank you André & Kitchen 🤙
Très très bon & vraiment pas cher alors que la qualité est excellente. En plus accueil chaleureux du propriétaire. Meilleur cheeseburger que j'ai mangé dernièrenent. Place à connaitre!
Quaint but nice spot to have a quick bite; in a relax space. Decor is pleasant, & you get a good feel of heritage. Food is excellent, traditional poutine is packed & filling - suggest asking onions be added;)- Crispy l'gros gourmand are absolutely delicious!! Amazing flavours & you walk out 💯 satisfied, & ready for a walk along the water to help digest. Quality & quantity are perfectly balanced! Wallet will thank you just as much as your belly; insane! Come in & enjoy it!
We stumbled upon this place on our way from Toronto to Montreal. Oh my goodness, serious 10/10. The food was absolutely incredible & the owner made you feel like a true guest in his home. So so good!!
