Je souhaite exprimer ma déception concernant le service que nous avons reçu le 15 juillet 2026 vers 20 h 18.
Dès notre arrivée, nous ne nous sommes pas sentis les bienvenus. L'employée, Bry, était en train de texter sur son téléphone, qui était posé sur le comptoir, & ne nous a même pas salués lorsque nous sommes arrivés. C'est mon conjoint qui a pris l'initiative en lui disant:'Salut, ça va bien?' Elle a simplement répondu:'Oui, vous', sans sourire ni même nous regarder.
Comme c'était notre première visite, je lui ai demandé quels formats de frites étaient offerts. Au lieu de répondre de façon accueillante ou de nous indiquer le menu, elle a répondu sèchement:'Derrière moi', sans pointer le menu ni offrir la moindre aide.
Lorsque j'ai semblé surprise par sa réponse, elle m'a fixée du regard de façon insistante, ce qui m'a mise très mal à l'aise. L'ensemble de l'interaction nous a donné l'impression de déranger plutôt que d'être des clients.
Nous comprenons que tout le monde peut avoir une mauvaise journée, mais un minimum de courtoisie & de service à la clientèle est essentiel, surtout envers les nouveaux clients.
C'était notre première visite chez Patate Girard &, malheureusement, ce sera aussi la dernière. Ce genre de service est inacceptable. J'espère que ce commentaire sera pris au sérieux afin que les prochains clients reçoivent un accueil plus chaleureux, professionnel & respectueux.
