My one woe about this place is that since there's no interior space, it's not really convenient to come here in the cold months.

Pizza Dany has become a takeout tradition when we are in Montreal. The world needs more take out places like this. Excellent food, & friendly staff. The number of people who show up for a single slice (or two) while we wait for our order speaks to the popularity of this place.

This pizza is cheap pizza - I got from the window casing. Lacks flavour, crust tastes like cardboard… it's really just a cheap slice place that isn't great. Ordered 3 slices: 2 pepperoni & one chicken. I didn't like either but ate them cause I was hungry.
Must try pizza here. The sauce the pepperoni & cheese is a delight from the first bite. Please visit here & decide for yourself I honestly think about the pizza when I decide I'm going to Montreal. Thank me later.
The atmosphere stars are irrelevant because you're not going for the atmosphere, it's literally a kitchen with a door with room for maybe two at the point of sale. But the food is amazing (spinach pizza is worth any wait) & the staff is always friendly.
Hole in the wall pizza shop. No room to eat or sit, 2-3 people can fit at a time, but you can eat standing or outside. The guys there are great! This is hands down the absolute best pizza on the island. I recommend chicken! For my brothers & sisters, everything is halal!!!

La pâte de la pizza était sucrée (…). Déçu par les ingrédiants autre que la base : quelques filaments de poulet qui tiendraient dans une cuillière à soupe tant il y en avait peu. Rien d'autre. Certes, 4$CA la part, mais même pour ça, ça ne vaut pas le coup, ou alors il faudrait l'emporter pour la retravailler chez soi (...). Pas de champignon, pas d'oignon & je suppose qu'il n'y avait pas même de sauce tomate dans la base. Comparativement, à 4$CA la part, ça nous ferait du 24$CA la pizza (une part vaudrait 1/6 d'une pizza). Sous cette percpetive, & vue le peu d'ingrédients, on aperçoit bien l'absence de valeur derrière les 4$CA/part. Je ne recommande pas, même pour une fringalle, sauf à retravailler la part de pizza chez soi.
Oh, Dany's salad! Truly masterpiece of culinary innovation. Who knew tomatoes could achieve such a level of crunchiness? It's like they were genetically modified to defy all laws of nature. Bravo! & my vegetarian pizza? A true adventure. Nothing says "gourmet experience" like biting into a hidden metal surprise. My teeth are thrilled & still recovering, but hey, at least I'll remember this meal forever. Definitely a must-go… if you're into edible treasure hunts & dental challenges!
I'm sad to see the quality of this pizza is but a shadow of it's former glory. I miss the old dough with sprinkling of sesame seeds & the proper cheese. I suspect they are using analog cheese now - I get the need to save on costs as everything costs more these days, but now the prices have increased & the quality is terrible. The younger guy at the counter is super grumpy as well, & looks like he hates being there.
