It's a very solid fast food place! The restaurant is clean, & the cashiers are friendly.
The burgers are good, although they can be a little messy. The vegetarian burger is also very good & reminiscent of real meat. The plain fries (not the poutine) are dry & lacking in flavor though. If you get the plain fries, eat them while they are hot.
The wings are okay. I would recommend getting them tossed in a sauce.

Chef on Call continues to disappoint time & time again. One thing they hold back from mentioning is if you choose to order online (as highly suggested on all the signs in the store), you have to wait in line to ask them to prepare the order or you will make the mistake of waiting over an hour for them to call your name, & only later find out that another 15 minute wait will be ahead. The food is decent, but not worth the high price tag as the burgers are often burnt. Would not recommend for any late night needs as the service is non-existent & the food not worth the nearly one & a half hour wait.View more

A special thank you to Irwin for going above & beyond to get everything ready for us on such short notice! We truly appreciate the effort in accommodating the different dietary restrictions for our buddies!! The smash burgers were a huge hit!
The food was absolutely delicious!! Our buddies & volunteers couldn't stop raving about the Cheese Sticks & the Pot de Creme Bar!!

Does anyone else have trouble with the responsiveness of the website? Hungg gap & just rolling in the empty. Also, please put login on first page...I don't need, as a customer, to have to go through a landing page or funnel. For the food, you don't order there because your health is important! Comfort food could be better quality for the price paid. More options would be appreciated. Thank you.
Edit: Had a delivery this night & the delivery guy & the receptionist were A1! They must've been very busy cause they had forgotten my tenders & my poutine & offered to give me chef coin credits for the items but I was hungry & asked if there was time to deliver them. So they did & it was quick! Even gave me complementary sauces & a fried mars bar as a surprise! I was elated at the courtesies they showed! But, then again, I was polite & had given a decent tip. The food was good & perfect temperature! I'd still like them to offer more options, if possible but quality is ok for what they offer. I now use the app. as it's way more convenient & less of a pain in the a$$ to go through. You can track your order after the order page or in history of transactions.
Edit2: Got my delivery. My crisp burger was good but not hot hot,you know? & instead of Sprite×1 I got 2×lemoniced tea named Fuze. I didn't know they had this. I saw they had Monster drink in their list when ordering. I wasn't informed of the substitution & I disn't get my salad. Will follow-up with customer service tomorrow about that. I think I'll try ordering earlier than 1h22. Also, I tried installing the app I previously had & it doesn't work, even with location turned on.
Update on edit #2: I was contacted & got 8$ in Chef's coins. He said I didn't receive the right cold bag. He responded in 48 hours. All 😎👍
For the app, he asked some screenshots. LOL! I gave him the black screen I got & the icon of the app. I'll try again & hope it works.🤷?♀?View more

very pricey, i had the club sandwich & the bread was super hard. I tried their burgers before & it was alright but the price is still too high. 27$ for club sandwich trio with tax & tip is outrageous to be honest.View more

Delivery food from this place is really bad. Got a halloumi burger & it was beyond burn. Impossible to eat. Overpriced unetable Burger. I Don't recommend. Have ordered from here twice now, & both times the food was cold. I even made the second order in person & was given the food fast so I thought for sure it must be hot, but after a less than 5 min walk home, it was cold already. They obviously gave me a burger they had made earlier. They don't care about quality, just getting your money is all that matters. Friends recommended it to me which is why I gave them a second chance. Not again I'm afraid.View more
