Stopped by to check out this place & had a great impression. The management & staff are friendly & professional, & the environment is very clean & well-maintained. You can tell they care about the quality of their ingredients & grilling process.

I was really excited to try this place, but honestly it was a huge disappointment.
The food was completely under-seasoned & tasted bland - especially for a kebab spot where you expect bold flavors. Everything felt like it was made with little care.
On top of that, it was surprisingly expensive for what you get. The quality just didn't match the price at all, which made the experience even more frustrating.
I don't usually leave negative reviews, but this was really not it. I hope they improve, because right now I wouldn't recommend it.

The quality of the food is exceptional, with incredibly delicious, perfectly seasoned kebabs that are grilled to perfection. Every dish is rich in flavor, fresh, & prepared with great care & attention to detail.

I visited this restaurant today & arrived at 2:50 PM. When I was ready to order at 3:05 PM, the waitress suddenly told me the menu had'changed' after 3 PM. They handed me a new menu with the exact same items but higher prices. Honestly, this felt misleading & unprofessional.
The kebab was good, but the rice was disappointing. They used food coloring instead of real saffron, which really lowered the quality.

From the moment you walk in, you're greeted with warmth, respect, & genuine hospitality. The staff are some of the most welcoming & friendly people you'll ever meet-they truly make you feel at home specially the owner of restaurant who welcoming everyone & take care of all details .
The restaurant itself is beautiful on the inside. The decoration is tasteful , the setting is well thought-out, & the tables & chairs are comfortable, clean, & stylish. It creates a perfect atmosphere whether you're dining alone, with family, or hosting guests.
& the food? Absolutely outstanding. This is, without question, some of the best Arabic food in Canada. Everything is halal, professionally prepared, & full of authentic Iraqi flavor-especially their barbecue dishes with other international dishes . The presentation is stunning, & whether you're dining in or ordering takeaway, the quality is always top-notch. It's also perfect for home gatherings or celebrations.
& what really sets Chateau Kebab West Island apart is how affordable everything is. The prices are incredibly reasonable considering the quality of the food, the presentation, & the exceptional service.

We ordered joojeh by uber eat. The quality of meat & rice was surprisingly low. They have also forgotten to add tomato.We had a lot more better experience in the store!
Delicious, authentic Halal food, great service, a menu with wide variety & friendly staff - this restaurant definitely knows how to accommodate a group! Visited with family during a recent trip & was impressed by the taste & quality of each dish. In particular, the kababs are always grilled fresh & seasoned well, the salads, sauces & sides dishes complement the meal without being wasted, & the desserts are really tasty as well. There is also a prayer space on-site to accommodate the community. Highly recommend visiting if you're in the area & giving them a try.
I recently visited Chateau kebab & ordered two family plates, & I must say, the experience was excellent from start to finish. The food quality was top-notch - everything was fresh, flavorful, & well-prepared. Each item on the plate was tasty & satisfying, & the portion sizes were generous, making it great value for the price.
The restaurant environment was also very pleasant. It was clean, well-maintained, & had a comfortable, welcoming vibe that made the dining experience even better. It's clear that the staff takes pride in keeping the place tidy & organized.
What really stood out to me was the service. Both the waiter & waitress were incredibly polite, friendly, & attentive. They made sure we had everything we needed without being intrusive, & they were more than happy to answer questions & make recommendations. Their professionalism & warmth added a lot to the overall experience.
All in all, Shaki kebab delivered on all fronts - quality food, great service, & a clean, inviting space. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for authentic & delicious Middle Eastern cuisine. I'll definitely be returning for another great meal in the near future!

The women at the reception was rude. Plenty of spaces & yet she wanted to turn us way. Service was slow & selective. Food was served cold , had to resend it . Quality was mediocre for a meal for 90.00 for 2. Will not go back , there are may other places of the same kind
I had the pleasure of hosting my family at Chateau kebab restaurant yesterday, with around 47 to 50 people, to celebrate the end of Ramadan. This wasn't my first visit, & I had requested a special meal, different from the usual offerings, to make the occasion even more memorable.
I must say, all of my guests were truly impressed by the quality & abundance of the food, as well as the impeccable service provided by the staff, especially considering that they were all fasting. I had specifically requested that the appetizers, main courses, & condiments be served all at once, & I was amazed at how efficiently the staff managed to deliver everything in such a timely manner. It was truly remarkable.
I highly recommend Chateau kebab to anyone looking for both excellent food & outstanding service. To clarify, I am not personally connected to the owners in any way. Over the course of Ramadan, we dined at a different restaurant each weekend, & without a doubt, the service at Chateau kebab has been the best we've experienced.
Whether you are wanting to dine alone, with a small/large family, friends or even want to host a large event, the owner is very accommodating & friendly staff.
The decor is really warm & inviting which is very different from fast food places & more relaxing.
Not to mention, the food is tasty, very well made, high quality, delicous, & great service. Kebabs are not dry & great flavor, & you won't regret trying their menu.
It's definitely a place in the community that should be on your regular go to list!
Hi, we've ordered from Chateau Kebab for a corporate lunch two times now (one of the times was for over 65people) & everything was simply perfect! Food got delivered ahead of schedule, portions are VERY generous, food quality is fantastic, options were available for our folks with dietary restrictions! Second time, we unfortunately gave them a very last minute heads up & they still managed to accept our order & deliver on time!! So accommodating! HIGHLY RECOMMEND them for corporate, they wont disappoint!
