I was really excited to try this place, but honestly it was a huge disappointment.
The food was completely under-seasoned & tasted bland - especially for a kebab spot where you expect bold flavors. Everything felt like it was made with little care.
On top of that, it was surprisingly expensive for what you get. The quality just didn't match the price at all, which made the experience even more frustrating.
I don't usually leave negative reviews, but this was really not it. I hope they improve, because right now I wouldn't recommend it.

Je suis allé souper au restaurant Château kebab, samedi le 24 janvier (une journée très très froide) vers 19h00pm. Il n'y avait pas beaucoup de monde à notre arrivée mais le resto s'est rempli un peu pendant qu'on y étais. Nous avons commander un repas pour deux ou trois personnes ( nous étions deux) & tout était absolument délicieux. La soupe aux lentilles était la meilleure soupe aux lentilles que j'ai mangé. La salade était fait de légumes super frais & d'une vinaigrette maison délicieuse. L'assiette de kebab était très généreuse & délicieuse servi avec du riz, humus, sauce à l'ail, marinades, pita & même une grande assiette de frites. Le service était impéccable & très attentionné sans mentionner le décor, quel beau restaurant. Après notre repas le serveur nous a apportez du thé noir qui était bouilli avec du cardamome. Quel délice!! Quand j'ai dit au serveur comment je l'ai aimé, il nous a apporté un autre thé. Je suggère fortement ce restaurant! Bon appétit !!
Très bon restaurant ! La nourriture est exquise & les lieux sont propres. Le personnel est accueillant, chaleureux & très attentionné. Mention spéciale pour leur kebab au poulet : , le meilleurs que j'ai mangés. Je recommande fortement !

Concernant le chelo kebab koobideh, qui est un plat iranien traditionnel, je ne peux pas lui attribuer une note élevée, car le goût de la viande &/ou des épices utilisées ne correspondait pas entièrement à mes attentes. L'ambiance du lieu était accepable &, bien que de la musique traditionnelle iranienne y soit diffusée, la décoration & les tableaux ne reflétaient pas vraiment cette culture. Le personnel, en revanche, était poli & courtois. Les prix des plats étaient également comparables à ceux des autres restaurants.

I visited this restaurant today & arrived at 2:50 PM. When I was ready to order at 3:05 PM, the waitress suddenly told me the menu had'changed' after 3 PM. They handed me a new menu with the exact same items but higher prices. Honestly, this felt misleading & unprofessional.
The kebab was good, but the rice was disappointing. They used food coloring instead of real saffron, which really lowered the quality.
The garlic potatoes are spicy.. to me it shouldn't be spicy cuz some people can not eat spicy . The meat Kebab was little bit hard.
The meat should be more tender.

Platter that comes with a lot of side dishes ! We alwasy end up getting toooo full with all the sides before the kebabs even arrive coz they are all soo good & fresh ! Always get the leftover which makes perfect lunch wraps the next day! A must try if you are around !

Absolutely incredible experience at Chateau Kebab West Island in Montreal!
From the moment you walk in, you're greeted with warmth, respect, & genuine hospitality. The staff are some of the most welcoming & friendly people you'll ever meet-they truly make you feel at home specially the owner of restaurant who welcoming everyone & take care of all details .
The restaurant itself is beautiful on the inside. The decoration is tasteful , the setting is well thought-out, & the tables & chairs are comfortable, clean, & stylish. It creates a perfect atmosphere whether you're dining alone, with family, or hosting guests.
& the food? Absolutely outstanding. This is, without question, some of the best Arabic food in Canada. Everything is halal, professionally prepared, & full of authentic Iraqi flavor-especially their barbecue dishes with other international dishes . The presentation is stunning, & whether you're dining in or ordering takeaway, the quality is always top-notch. It's also perfect for home gatherings or celebrations.
& what really sets Chateau Kebab West Island apart is how affordable everything is. The prices are incredibly reasonable considering the quality of the food, the presentation, & the exceptional service.

Whether you are wanting to dine alone, with a small/large family, friends or even want to host a large event, the owner is very accommodating & friendly staff.
The decor is really warm & inviting which is very different from fast food places & more relaxing.
Not to mention, the food is tasty, very well made, high quality, delicous, & great service. Kebabs are not dry & great flavor, & you won't regret trying their menu.
It's definitely a place in the community that should be on your regular go to list!
We recently hosted our son's wedding reception at Chateau Kebab, & it was nothing short of exceptional! From start to finish, the experience was excellent, & we couldn't have asked for a better venue to celebrate such a special day. The restaurant accommodated our party of 50 with ease, providing a cozy yet elegant atmosphere that felt intimate & inviting. The staff were very helpful for accomadating our needs & served food on our schedule. The food - which consisted of chicken, beef, & lamb skewers with rice was delicious! Guests were speaking highly about the juicy lamb skewers, tender chicken kebabs, & the lentil soup. Everything was beautifully presented, from the appetizers to the baklava dessert. Thank you to the entire team at Chateau Kebab for making our son's wedding reception so memorable. Your dedication & expertise truly shone through, & we'll be recommending you to everyone we know. A perfect 10/10 experience!

Excellent Food & Service! Chateau kebab never disappoints! The kebabs are juicy, the hummus is perfect, & the portions are generous. The staff is friendly & attentive, & the atmosphere is warm & inviting. Highly recommend the mixed grill platter, absolutely delicious!
Went with a Persian friend of mine (I don't speak Farsi) & the waiter completely ignored me the whole time & was talking with my friend in Farsi. He spoke English & French to other multicultural groups, so I wouldn't say he had a language barrier. Food was good even though they didn't have the shish kebab that we wanted. I found the waiter unprofessional & rude & racist against other cultures. What a shame. Have never had such bad customer service in my life. He worked Thursday Dec 26th at 13:00. I would never go back to that place. I also paid the bill at the end & he gave the receipt to my friend, even though it was me who had paid. He wouldn't address me at all as a customer & would talk to my friend who was translating to me....
Hi, we've ordered from Chateau Kebab for a corporate lunch two times now (one of the times was for over 65people) & everything was simply perfect! Food got delivered ahead of schedule, portions are VERY generous, food quality is fantastic, options were available for our folks with dietary restrictions! Second time, we unfortunately gave them a very last minute heads up & they still managed to accept our order & deliver on time!! So accommodating! HIGHLY RECOMMEND them for corporate, they wont disappoint!
