The management of this restaurant has recently changed, & unfortunately the impact has been terrible. Prices have gone up by about 30%. For example, the Iraqi kebab that used to cost $20 before the management change is now $27. While the quality has dropped drastically honestly, it feels like a complete collapse compared to before.
I used to come here regularly, but after these changes, I will not be returning.
It will never be the same place it used to be. The new management clearly prioritizes profit over quality & customer experience. Basic things are being ignored for example, there isn't even a heater in the new space, even no a hanger in the restroom. These are simple, expected amenities.
As for the food, the quality is simply unacceptable. Very disappointing overall.
We went there with a big group of friends.the staff are amazing,the quality of service & food was excellent.Mohsen & Ladan did great job.

This is hands down the best kebab spot in Montreal when it comes to price, quality, quantity, & taste. I got the mixed chicken & beef Persian kebab, served with grilled tomatoes, marinated onions, bread, & pickles on the side. The total came to just $45 after tax, & it can easily feed up to five people! For that price, you'd end up with smaller portions of unhealthy, factory-made food from McDonald's. Go for this instead-it's not only delicious but also a healthier choice.
The best kebab in Montreal! Quality of food, the vibe & the service. We had kebab & soup & the bread omg! The bread baked in a traditional oven heaven!

I was blown away by the quality of the kebabs, huge portions, yet very affordable prices. I've tried many Persian restaurants outside Iran, & of course that includes many many Persian restaurants in Toronto area. This gem in Montreal beats them all
So this used to be run by 100% middle eastern staff . Something has changed & it affected the food quality & overall cleanliness of the space. Hummus tasted stale & I could tell by how crusty it started to become as it was sitting out for a while, before serving to us . I was sitting eating with a friend & suddenly noticed a small cockroach climbing up the empty chair next to me, which I pushed away . Something turned me off about this place & I can say with the greatest confidence that I won't be coming back to the downtown branch
