It's over years, half of a decade that I'm there client. For sure the management has been changed & I know that. To be honest, after management change I didn't see any outstanding changes which is not bad, it showcases actually a consistency. & I'm taking their bagel cause obviously it's better that Costco-type industrial one....however, today, 14th Feb. 2026, I experience a very different dough, different in a very positive direction. The dough is very spongy, real home style bread with all stretching bubbles & a fabulous texture & taste. Keep this quality, same style of dough making up ;-)
Susan has the loveliest energy & gives the best service. She made our day before we even got our food. We always come back for the sandwich bagels & the backlavas. I highly recommend. It's a lovely local business
