Une des meilleures expériences gustatives de ma vie ! Nous avons pris le menu dégustation St-Valentin (fev. 2023). C'était créatif, hors des sentiers battus, succulent, épatant ! Service impeccable. Carte des vins fabuleuse avec certains choix locaux. La chef a fait des ajustements sur mesure au menu en raison d'une allergie au gluten. Je recommande chaleureusement.

Excellent service, ambiance simple & conviviale; les plats étaient originaux (poireaux délicieusement apprêtés, riz de veau, trio de desserts légers & délicieux)
Un peu cher toutefois & une liste des vins décevante. J'y retournerai certainement car il semble que le menu change au fils des saisons

Great spot & I had the pleasure of having Catherine take care of me! She is great & interestingly, we have known each other for over 15 years & she always works at restaurants that I go to.... ( Samuel, Viva Pasta in St Jean & Cochonnerie in Chambly). This is starting to get odd....but I love it! Catherine is great & the Chardo is amazing! Great combination!
