Very nice restaurant in Old Bromont. Patio seating was amazing & service was outstanding. Shortish food menu, but great locally sourced options, gastronomic platings, & extensive wine list. Book early, we saw many turned away.

Superb food in a lovely setting. The antique windows are a unique touch. Sauces were perfect & the carrot risotto should not be missed. Interesting wine collection with knowledgeable staff.

Great experience, awesome food diversity & originality. Different wines. Post- covid, sitting at the bar is not the same being blocked off by glass all around but does not take away from the incredible food. Merci beaucoup.

Second time at Chardo & we LOVE it. We make it an event every year to come to Bromont only for this restaurant. The quality of the food is amazing! We asked the waiter to bring us food without knowing what it is, we love the surprise! The wine they choose always fit perfectly the meal. This restaurant pushes our boundaries with creatives meals! Thank you, see you next year!

This restaurant was an awesome surprise! Delicious boar bone in chop beautifully presented & excellently seasoned & cooked!! The service was equally amazing. Our server Loic (sorry not sure of the spelling) was attentive & charming. Highly recommended place to visit & have a great meal & fine wine in a quaint atmosphere.

The service was excellent. The server even allowed us to deviate from the list of wine by the glass & offer two excellent suggestions to accompany our meal. The food was tasty & well presented. I was particularly pleased with the deconstructed pheasant which made it easier to eat & pleasingly presented.
