Chardo a vraiment dépassé toutes mes attentes. La nourriture était absolument exquise, une véritable explosion de saveurs avec des textures superbement travaillées. Chaque plat était un délice pour les sens.
Le service était également impeccable. Attentif, chaleureux & professionnel.
J'ai été agréablement surpris par le rapport qualité-prix. Pour une telle qualité d'aliments & de service, le prix était tout à fait raisonnable.
Honnêtement, cela faisait longtemps que je n'avais pas été aussi impressionné par un restaurant.

Good food, beautiful presentation. The service was impeccable, & wine recommendations perfect. The meat was a bit chewy :( & one of the dish not so great, the kind of haricot pasta, but that might just be to my taste. The rest was great. The menu changes often, so if you like the place, you can go many times & never experience the same dish.

Wow ! C'est triste pour les autres restaurants aux alentours car ce restaurant ci est exceptionnel. Tout est excellent ici ! Nous avons pris le calmar frit, la pieuvre , la pintade ventarde & le financier pour dessert !

Had an incredible dinner & experience at Chardo Oct 25, 2024, sitting at the bar. Loved the view of the kitchen, the interactions with the wait staff, & of course the food & drinks were incredible. Highly recommend the margie cocktail. Thank you for a great evening.
