Terrible service.

I placed a pickup order & was told it would be ready in 10 minutes. I arrived 30 minutes later, only to be told they needed another five minutes because they had forgotten to make my order. That completely defeats the purpose of ordering ahead.

After waiting an additional 15 minutes, I went back to check again, only to find out that my food had actually been sitting there ready the entire time since before I arrived.

Despite the inconvenience & the wasted time, they still charged me full price after I complained. My only mistake was accepting the food instead of asking for a refund & leaving. The food was so cold I am not sure if it was safe to eat even. I will not be coming back.

the food is really good & the portions are solid.
It does get very crowded, so expect a bit of a wait, surtout during peak hours. The vibe is busy but friendly, very downtown Montréal energy.

The washroom isn't inside the restaurant you have to use the mall one, which is a little far, but at least it's clean & easy to find.
Prices feel fair for what you get, & the staff moves fast even when the line is long. Overall, a tasty stop if you're craving döner & don't mind the crowd.

I love this place ! I came in later today & there was this young girl who served me she was the sweetest girl ever, it was my first time coming & she had the patience to go through the menu with me & help me. I would definitely recommend this place . The portions are very good for the price also.

The size of the bread got smaller its harder to chew & the price increased too, its a downgrade to the Doner sandwich let the owner know the same he was rude

Wow! Amazingly delicious kebabs! You must try the kebab sandwich at just a little over 10$! It's big portion at amazing price & of course tasty! It's a great spot for students looking for a meal at good price!
