Delicious chicken sandwhiches & platters & the portion sizes are great too. Everything tasted fresh & good quality from the bread to the chicken. 100% would go again.
It could be served with more care. The Chicken Hatay Wrap wasn't what I expected. There was too much pickled cucumber. The chicken was cold. It was a mixed experience.
Montreal has endless food options, & we certainly don't need this chain from Toronto. I wouldn't go here unless you like bland chicken, no garlic sauce, & zero spices. I rarely leave bad reviews but it was genuinely that disappointing - despite the weird online hype about it
I ordered their new Chicken Wrap, but unfortunately it wasn't very tasty. It looked much better in the photos than it did in real life. I got it as a takeaway order, & they didn't include any napkins. Overall, the staff were quite friendly, but I don't think I'll be coming back
Leaving 1 star with a heavy heart. This has been my go-to place for a while, but the service lately has been really disappointing. The women staff at the counter taking orders are consistently rude & unhelpful, & few of my friends have had the same experience. I hope management takes a look at this & addresses it, because the place deserves better. The experience today was really bad, as I was choosing which rice meal to take, the girl in the counter shouted at me saying ,'chicken or beef'. There was not a single person behind me in the order queue & it was not rush time.
Immediately the staff were dismissive, I tried here after seeing someone say it blows antep kebab out of the water, I can safely say that's not the case. The chicken was bland at best, way too many vegetables, & so saucy that at one point I wasn't sure if my half eaten sandwich was a solid or a liquid.
I got a chicken doner delivered & it was INCREDIBLY satisfying. Hot sauce was awesome, the bun was soft & everything was fresh.
The food & portions are genuinely a hit or miss. I got a beef sandwich, my friend got a chicken sandwich, & the difference between the two was insane. His was warm & tasty, whereas mine was dry & cold (we got the same spices too). The service is bad, the employees can get your order completely wrong (i.e., instead of letting you choose your toppings, they do it for you). The restaurant layout is confusing as you purchase towards the end, then pick up your food at the front. It's extremely loud so forget about dining in
Having lived in Turkey for a year & a half, I can honestly say the food here tastes very authentic. The Iskender kebab, shish kebab, & chicken shawarma were all delicious & full of flavor. They also have very tasty Turkish ayran & an amazing trileçe dessert. Highly recommend this place if you enjoy real Turkish food!
The chicken plate was good, beside that i have tried the beef shawarma, lahmacun & kebab all of them were below average
