They do not accept reservations. We waited in a car port for 20 minutes then got our table of 9. The food was large portions & the price was great. Even the wine was under 30$. It's like this place stayed the same from 15 years ago & they never raised their prices. I do recommend the Fish N Chips, it is they're go to menu item, I mean it's written on the side of the building. The crowd is all elderly, it is remarkable when you look around at the sea of gray hairs. I feel safe, like I'm eating at an old folks home. For a great meal at a great price I do recommend.
Repas incroyablement bons ! Nous avons commandé des fish & chips & ce sont les meilleurs que nous avons mangés. Des portions vraiment généreuses. Un menu du midi qui inclut le repas, soupe, dessert, café pour un prix fort raisonnable. Beaucoup de choix & de variétés au menu. Nous avons été servis par Caroline, souriante & avenante. Service impeccable ! Bravo à toute l'équipe !
Le meilleur fish & chips à Laval. Nous y allons au moins 6x /an.... minimum. Il y a d'autres choix au menu tout aussi bon! Soupe, repas, dessert & thé ou café inclus ! ! Vous pouvez ajouter le vin au verre, demi ou bouteille!
I heard very good things about this restaurant before going there. I was still surprised to see the huge lineup at the door 5pm. However the crowd was a bit older. I heard that the fish chips were really good. I gave that a try & it was indeed a treat. The batter is crispy & they use haddock for their fish. Our waitress was very friendly & took the time to explain the menu to us. She even told us to order some desserts ahead of time because they are popular & run out fast. So we actually got our desserts before everything else. The decor is nothing out of the ordinary. The glasses & coffee cups were already on the glass covered tables. Not classy, but hey, I was there for the food & it was worth the trip & the wait. They also have a good sized free parking lot.
The place was very clean & the fish was delicious , it's sad the service was very bad , very rushed. Waitress did not tell us that there's the option of'a la carte' &' table d'hote' , Ofc she charged us the expensive one. Also one of the guest on my table only wanted an appetizer. The waitress still charges an extra'4$' on one of the plates for'sharing' , it's sad because the food is delicious but the service won't make me go back . Good luck

This restauran is a very popular with an elderly crowd. The fish & chips is their specialty. The portions are generous & the fish is delicious. Each dish includes a soup, dessert & coffee. Service is fast & efficient. Nice selection of desserts. The wine prices are reasonable. Overall this was a nice meal experience.
Une autre visite ici, 3 fois en quelques années, j'adore leur Fish & chips que j'ai essayé 3 fois en 3 visites sur quelques 3-4 années. J'ai choisi un 2 morceaux de Fish & chips avec moitié frite & patates Grecs, mais pas beaucoup de frites & encore moins de morceaux de patates grecs, 2 morceaux uniquement (voir photos) 3 auraient été bien mieux. La sauce tartare de base est bien & avec 2 contenants, c'est bien assez pour les 2 morceaux de poisson. La salade de choux est bonne. 2 morceaux de citrons bien, mais dommage que aucun restaurant n'enlève pas les innombrables noyaux de citron pour bien finir.
