DO NOT EAT HERE!! They sold my brother & husband spoiled carrot halwa & when we called to ask about some missing items (cholay/garbanzo beans), proceeded to hang up on him. All we were asking for was a refund on the one item that they didn't put in but we paid for. Yes, maybe there's a language barrier, but that's no excuse for selling spoiled food or owning up to your mistakes. It's too bad, this place is unique & has a lot of great potential IF ONLY they can be responsible & courteous.

Wow.

So i went with my family & we ordered halwa puri plate, lacha pratha & chai, & alu paratha. We absolutely loved it. Chai was the best of it all because while everyone serves the instant packet chai, they make it fresh for customers. We are very happy we found this place. A nice small gem. I can easily say that this is real home made parathas & puri.

I absolutely recommend.

Highly recommended. The nihari was rich & flavourful, the halwa puri was fresh & satisfying, the cheese paratha was perfectly crispy & cheesy & the chai was excellent. Generous portions authentic taste & warm service made the experience even better. Definitely worth visiting again.

This little family owned business is a hidden gem! Such a great vibe that evokes nostalgia. This was a first for us that could take us close to home cuisine. I definitely recommend the weekend specials, Lahori Nehari, Halwa Puri & Chana Masala. The sugar paratha is not to miss.

I am from Toronto & visiting Montreal over the weekend. The trip was amazing until I decided to eat Halwa Puri at Chai Paratha as it was eventually the closest from where I was living. I placed order over the phone & they said it will take 15 mints. I came after 15 mints the order was not ready. I had to wait 30 more minutes & when I said in Urdu
* I have placed order for halwa puri not Payay.. that you are taking so long*
The woman on counter was extremely rude & said this is restaurant not your home*

I was literally pissed off & she wouldn't say sorry.
When I said I am not gonna eat & I am leaving then just to save her order she apologized.

Met the owners who are from Lahore & really nice people.
They even gave us a complimentary Puri when we ordered the Anda Halwa & Kashmiri Chai, all of that was great.
Puri with the Anda Halwa was a great combination.

Also tried their Kadak Chai & Classic Paratha, which were really nice.

What a fantastic place to enjoy parathas! We had the best brunch here ordered gobi, aloo, & chicken parathas, along with halwa puri. Everything was absolutely amazing & delicious. Highly recommend this place. Kudos to the chef & the wonderful staff
