I have been here 3 times in the past year & created something I use everyday. Plate, plant pot & a jewellery cup. At first I was very bad & made mistakes but I have learned to make it simple & minimalst. I discovered my art style & my friends love it too! It is a great group activity.
If you're lucky enough to get a seat it's alright, but dealing with the waiting list system is not worth it.
It's a really fun experience, you can stay there all day if you want & the options are really fun. However, the quality of the finished result is terrible, I have 2 bowls & 1 cup from 2024/2025 & every single one of them has chipped horribly over time... I barely even use them, never microwave them, always hand wash, & still they chip like crazy... If you go, try to stick to non-functional pieces :
We popped in to decorate a ceramic piece (options abound: vases, piggy banks, candle holders, & other temptations), but after much deliberation, we committed to the noble mug. Three & a half blissful hours later-yes, 3.5-we emerged victorious, slightly paint-splattered, deeply focused, & wildly proud of every tiny detail. Time truly flies when you're deciding whether that leaf needs one more shade of green.
Since it's also an actual café, you can sip, snack, & craft simultaneously. It's creative, cozy, & very enjoyable.
Perfect for a chill afternoon, a wholesome date, or an activity with kids (just… maybe don't bring 80 of them at once).
It took a week for us to get our finished product back, & it was really reasonably priced!
All in all, a delightfully hands-on experience that feeds both your inner artist & your caffeine dependency. Highly recommend.
The staff is hella rude with the customers. Especially the ginger guy! Go to the laval one.
This was our first time visiting this ceramic café. We spent a lot of time carefully choosing our piece & painting it, & the creative process itself was enjoyable. Unfortunately, the experience was ruined by the staff, especially the person assigned to our table.
We were given very little instruction & had to figure out almost everything on our own, which is difficult for first-time customers. When we asked for help, the advice we received actually made our art worse. I asked how to use a specific paint bottle & was told to'use it like a pen.' Following that advice caused a large smudge. When I asked how to fix or remove the mistake, I was handed sandpaper & told to rub it off. This only made the situation much worse by spreading the paint & making the mistake far more noticeable.
After this happened, the staff member clearly avoided us. Even when we tried to get her attention, she ignored us for the rest of the session. Maybe she knew what she had done, felt guilty & could not even look at us. We spent several more hours trying to fix our ceramics, but the final result was very disappointing.
To make matters worse, the café charges based on time spent painting, which resulted in a very high bill. Given how confusing the process was for new customers & how little guidance was provided, it almost felt like a strategy to trick us & keep us at the table longer & charge more.
Overall, this was a frustrating experience, & we left feeling disappointed & overcharged.
The process of picking up the ceramic is also unorganized. We went back exactly 1 week later as instructed. It took them 30 minutes to find our pieces & there were unknown stains & defects on our art & some numbers written on them which does not look good.
