Ceramic Café-Studio is a unique franchise! A ceramic painting studio, a coffee shop and a boutique all in one place. Since opening in 1997, people gather at Ceramic Café-Studio. Whether you are a beginner or an accomplished painter, alone, with family or friends, you can come and paint original ceramics, which are both personalized and practical. The famous paninis are well known, the smoothies are delicious and the coffee is comforting. The Ceramic Café on St-Denis Street in Montreal is the first Ceramic Café that opened in Quebec in 1997. Since 2007 they are located at 4338 St-Denis Street, corner of Marie-Anne near the Mont-Royal metro. Previously they were located on the other side of the street at 4201 St-Denis Street, corner of Rachel Street. The owners and creators of the concept, Paola Cacopardo and Gilles Geoffrion, are franchisors of four Ceramic Cafés. Ceramic Café Montreal has two floors and can accommodate up to 100 people. The team of Ceramic Café Montreal goes as far as Gatineau to offer ceramic painting activities to groups such as schools, day care, summer camps, office parties, showers, children's parties and other occasions. I had a great time visiting, I had such a nice time with my friend, talking, drinking smoothies & nachos & painting! All the girls were really nice & kind. We only had an issue, they changed 6 times by mistake one of the items, we realized until we left but they reimbursed us without problem.View more

C'est une belle activité. Le choix de poterie & de couleurs est grand. Les instructions sont claires. C'est vraiment cher quand on s'arrête à penser que c'est juste du bricolage. Mais en réalité, quand & où va t-on vraiment faire ça d'autre? L'assiette que ma fille a fait à 10 ans & encore à la maison. Aujourd'hui, 10 ans plus tard, on vient de faire des "matching nains de jardin" que je vais garder dans la cour pour des années à venir. Non, ce n'est pas cher pour créer des souvenirs.View more

I've gone twice to this place & have enjoyed them both times. Whether with friends, on a date or on your own, I think this is a fun activity. There are plenty of paint color options as well as ceramics to choose from. All tools are provided. I definitely wish they had more variety in brushes & of higher quality, maybe an option for those more skilled or for more detailed work. I would recommend bringing your own brushes. The place can get a bit warm too, wish it had better ventilation. As for the food & drinks, I can't say as I have never ordered, but I've had no issues bringing bubble tea in. Staff are nice as well.View more
