Très bon concept, mais le service n'était pas top. C'était la première fois qu'on venait & personne ne nous a vraiment expliqué ce qu'il fallait faire, c'était très vague. On a oublié de nous donner notre commande deux fois & ça a pris plus d'une vingtaine de minute pour que finalement la serveuse se libère alors qu'on attendait assis a fixer le vide sans savoir ce qu'on pouvait toucher ou utiliser pour la peinture par contre leur chocolat chaud suprême est vraiment bon & on s'est bien amusé malgré le manque de professionnalisme de la part du personnel qui malgré sa gentillesse n'a pas su répondre a nos questions & nous guider au long du processus. De plus, j'aurais préféré savoir d'avance que la cuisine ferme tôt au lieu de l'apprendre sur place à la dernière minute.

Je vais au Céramic Café une fois par mois seule & la présence du personnel est toujours très chaleureuses. Les boissons sont excellentes & je n'ai jamais eu aucune expériences négatives! 🥰

I had a really great time with my friend & found that the overall concept of the place was simply genius. I would see myself coming back to either paint w/ a friend or after having a mental breakdown because the experience was very relaxing haha. It's only missing one star because some of the staff lacked professionalism & was rude. I waited 30 mins for a panini that frankly takes maximum of 10 mins to make.
