Amazing place to explore & express our creative side. The staff have a really great attitude & are really aware of their clients needs with out needing to ask questions. Obviously they had answers to all of our questions. Don't think you're coming back home with your artwork the same day. I had sometimes a wait of 10 days & like during holidays it went up to 14 days before we can pick up our stuff.

Such a fun activity! You begin by choosing a pottery item & the selection is huge! There is so much to paint varying in sizes, prices, utilities! After that you can pick your paint colours & there is a helpful chart showing you what the colours will look like once your product is glazed. There is also lots of helpful information on painting technique & style. Once you settle in with all of that, you can order drinks & food & it is the most enjoyable way to spend an afternoon or evening. I highly recommend & it's a surprise when you go back a week later to pick up your creation! You pay by the hour & per item.

Niveau service & ambiance c'est à améliorer. Je comprends que ce soit un endroit où il peut y avoir des fêtes d'enfant mais il y'avait beaucoup d'enfants qui courraient partout(j'avais peur qu'ils m'accrochent). Nous avons pris un moka il était bon mais personne n'est venu nous voir plus tard pour nous demander si nous voulons commander autre chose. Aussi, nous allions chercher des céramiques que nous avions peinturé il y a 2 semaines, il n y avait personne au poste, nous avons attendu 5 à 10 minutes, la file commençait à être longue, & finalement une employée nous a vu & nous a donné nos céramiques. Il devrait y avoir au moins 1 personne disponible pour aller au poste de récupération des céramiques & 2 personnes à la caisse pour payer car l'attente est longue. J'aime aller à cet endroit mais pas pour le service ou l'ambiance, mais parce que j'aime peinturer des céramiques.
