Since 2007 they are located at 4338 St-Denis Street, corner of Marie-Anne near the Mont-Royal metro. Previously they were located on the other side of the street at 4201 St-Denis Street, corner of Rachel Street. The owners and creators of the concept, Paola Cacopardo and Gilles Geoffrion, are franchisors of four Ceramic Cafés. Ceramic Café Montreal has two floors and can accommodate up to 100 people. Excellent for adults & children. They have everything you need & make it easily available to everyone. Employees are super nice & helpful. I recommend this place 100% to artsy & non artsy people.
Super activité. Beaucoup de bruit autour (va serait bien d'avoir une pièce enfant). 30mn pour attendre pour payer... dommage pointe négative sur la fin
Grande gentillesse du personnel. Excellentes explications & bon support pour la peinture sur céramique. Service de repas très lent, confus: peut-être pas suffisamment d'employées. Expérience complète satisfaisante malgré cela.
C'était super! La bouffe était simple mais savoureuse. L'activité était super. Ce qui m'a surpris le plus c'est la propreté de l'endroit comme tenu du fait qu'on y peint des morceaux de céramique. Je recommande!
Our experience was overall great! There was a huge selection of ceramics to choose from & the pricing was extremely reasonable.
We did notice though, that a lot of colours were not available (most likely because other tables were using them) & the service was barely existent. We were given instructions & seated, but then never approached for drinks, food, additional questions (when other sections were).

Très beau moment passé avec mon fils de 5 ans à peindre quelques poteries que nous avions choisies. Les instructions & recommandations étaient faciles à comprendre, suite aux explications données par les employés. Nous avons eu du plaisir à peindre ensemble & nous avons hâte de voir nos oeuvres d'art dans quelques jours. Nous n'avons rien consommé sur place, mais j'ai trouvé les employés très accueillants & courtois. Je recommande cette activité en famille ou entre amis, c'est fun, simple, créatif & relaxant!
Avant il y avait des astuces sur les télés accrochées, c'était bien ça aidait, dommage que ce ne soit plus le cas.
Pour les boissons c'est écrit que le lait de vache peut être remplacé par du lait d'avoine & quand je demande, à 2 reprises sur 2 boissons différentes ce n'est pas possible.
Hormis ça on adore y aller avec les enfants, & le personnel est toujours agréable.
Bien organisé, très amusant.
Toutefois, lorsque l'on appelle pour se renseigner, le message indique qu'il n'est pas nécessaire de faire une réservation. Considérant l'achalandage, ma réservation s'est avérée très utile. Je recommande de changer le message d'accueil pour ne pas induire la cliente en erreur. Merci à l'équipe du Café Céramique!
