Ceramic Café-Studio is a unique franchise! A ceramic painting studio, a coffee shop and a boutique all in one place. Since opening in 1997, people gather at Ceramic Café-Studio. Whether you are a beginner or an accomplished painter, alone, with family or friends, you can come and paint original ceramics, which are both personalized and practical. The famous paninis are well known, the smoothies are delicious and the coffee is comforting. The Ceramic Café on St-Denis Street in Montreal is the first Ceramic Café that opened in Quebec in 1997. Since 2007 they are located at 4338 St-Denis Street, corner of Marie-Anne near the Mont-Royal metro. Previously they were located on the other side of the street at 4201 St-Denis Street, corner of Rachel Street. The owners and creators of the concept, Paola Cacopardo and Gilles Geoffrion, are franchisors of four Ceramic Cafés. Ceramic Café Montreal has two floors and can accommodate up to 100 people. The team of Ceramic Café Montreal goes as far as Gatineau to offer ceramic painting activities to groups such as schools, day care, summer camps, office parties, showers, children's parties and other occasions. Very disappointed. Had gone to Ceramic Cafe a couple times before & never had these issues, maybe the waitress who took our table was new & didn’t know better, but 1) they made us pay for a ceramic that I picked out at the beginning but didn’t touch at all (previously they just wouldn’t charge you for it - & actually a few days later when I did the same with other friends this wasn’t an issue somehow: I had picked out 3 things, only painted 2, so they took off the 3rd item from the paper as they should). 2) the item I did paint, I got back chipped in multiple places, with the paint being see through in spots I know I went over 3 times. Maybe there was an accident & they dropped it, maybe the person handling it was a bit of a clutz, either way they should have disclosed the faults & given a refund. This is not the service & quality I expect. I feel scammed.

Super concept. On s’est vraiment bien amusé. On a passé 3h à peindre. Prévoir un bon budget mais ça vaut le coup.

Les travailleurs on éte super gentils & serviable. Il y avait beaucoup d'options de tasses, sculptures, plats à choisir. Une journée parfaite pour être en famille ou amies.

Un de mes endroits préférés car le personnel est bienveillant, on peut prendre le temps de déguster & aussi de peindre les céramiques.
J'ai enlevé une étoile, car sur les 3 fois ou je suis allée, on a systématiquement oublié une partie de la commande / délais.
& les prix sont un peu levés pour la qualité de la nourriture.

It would be appreciate it if the ceramics would not be made in China & would instead be made in Canada. Also, more vegan options would be nice.
