Ceramic Café-Studio is a unique franchise! A ceramic painting studio, a coffee shop and a boutique all in one place. Since opening in 1997, people gather at Ceramic Café-Studio. Whether you are a beginner or an accomplished painter, alone, with family or friends, you can come and paint original ceramics, which are both personalized and practical. The famous paninis are well known, the smoothies are delicious and the coffee is comforting. The Ceramic Café on St-Denis Street in Montreal is the first Ceramic Café that opened in Quebec in 1997. Since 2007 they are located at 4338 St-Denis Street, corner of Marie-Anne near the Mont-Royal metro. Previously they were located on the other side of the street at 4201 St-Denis Street, corner of Rachel Street. The owners and creators of the concept, Paola Cacopardo and Gilles Geoffrion, are franchisors of four Ceramic Cafés. Ceramic Café Montreal has two floors and can accommodate up to 100 people. The team of Ceramic Café Montreal goes as far as Gatineau to offer ceramic painting activities to groups such as schools, day care, summer camps, office parties, showers, children's parties and other occasions. Review Summary

Céramic Café offers a creative and relaxed space where guests can paint pottery while enjoying coffee and snacks, with a wide range of ceramics and colors that makes it suitable for dates, family outings, or a solo creative break. The experience is generally described as enjoyable and engaging, with many praising the friendly atmosphere and the chance to take home a personal keepsake after decorating. However, reviews also note that service quality can vary, with some staff perceived as rude or inattentive, long waits on busy days, and occasional issues with the finished pieces such as chipping, cracking, or marks that detract from the final look. Overall it remains a popular hands on activity that blends creativity with social time, with price and duration expectations depending on the piece chosen.

The staff were very polite, helpful & kind. My daughter & her 2 friends had a great time picking out their ceramics & painting them. Overall a lovely way to spend a few hours, especially on a cold winter day. Thank you for a wonderful afternoon -- it was the highlight of my daughter's birthday! One important note: It is a bit pricey -- so I suggest budgeting for this activity.

Very fun activity to do! My husband & I enjoyed ourselves very much. The down side it that the wait time for food was really long!

Took over 50 mins to get 2 paninis. We were starving.

Very fun activity to do in a group! It can be slightly costly, but they provide all the paints & materials to work with. There's a student discount from Mon-Thur after 5pm.
Good variety of ceramics to choose from too.

The activity is fun in itself but the staff is young & inexperienced. They did not offer the best service , best to eat before hand & only paint here.

Easy to schedule. No issues. Had an amazing time at Ceramic café for my friend's Bachelorette activity. The bride was delighted. Can't wait to see how the finished products will turn out.
