Bon service, mais beaucoup trop de client la journée ou nous sommes allés. Difficile d'avoir accès au comptoir à peinture, puisque trop de client.
Activité trop cher pour le temps passé là-bas.
On n'a pas mangé, mais on a pris des boissons. Très bon service, mais il y avait beaucoup de monde, on se pilait un peu sur les pieds. Mais sinon j'ai pas de mauvais commentaires, ça arrive des soirées chargées.
La personne qui nous as parlé a dit les instructions trop rapidement. Je n'avais rien compris. Une bonne chance que mon mari qui l'a déjà fait était la . De plus au moment de payé , je n'ai pas eu la facture ou d'explications. J'ai du téléphoner pour demander quand aller chercher nos pièces . Très belle ambiance mais le service est à revoir.
I find the price for the cups & items are too expensive. The price per hrs is ok / justified. But 25 CAD for a princess cash bank made in China is a bit too much.

J'ai été déçu de ne pas avoir été averti lors de ma réservation que le café fermerait à 5 h si j'avais su j'y serais allée plus tôt ou une autre journée nous étions un groupe & nous nous sommes sentis bousculés
malgré la mésaventure de mon carré aux dattes le service a été impeccable. le personnel a géré la situation de façon plus que satisfaisante & nous retournerons & inciterons les gens de notre entourage à aller vivre aussi l'expérience. vous avez géré de main de maître. Bravo!

Compliqué de trouver les couleurs à partir de la charte sur le carton & le classement physique. Classé par couleur alors que la numérotation ne l,est pas. On cherche longtemps les numéros surtout si l'étiquette sous le numéro est foncée. DIFFICILE de lire le NO

J'ai vraiment aimé le concept. L'ambiance générale. Le service est super. J'ai adoré décorer ma pièce. Il y a vraiment beaucoup de choix. Une expérience à refaire. Bon plan pour adultes & enfants.
The ceramic pieces are a bit pricy. Even the tinny tinny small items are $12-$15, which pushes you to buy the mid-size pieces for 4-5$ extra but 3x the size.
Despite that, the place is amazing, staff are friendly & it's well organized.
C'était génial, la seule chose c'est qu'on était pris dans un coin & fallait faire un grand détour pour se déplacer. Les tables sont très rapprochées. Sinon, tout était parfait!
