Personnel souriant, très attentionné malgré le fait que c'était plein a craquer le seul bémol & je comprends que ce n'est pas la responsabilité du personnel de jouer a la police mais je recommande de placer les peintures dans un autre endroit car il n'y avait aucune distanciation physique les gens passaient en avant de moi sans gene & je me suis meme fait bousculée! Ceci était désagréable & vu que c'est la semaine de relache, les gens qui n'ont pas d'enfant ne peuvent réserver & peut être se priver d'une sortie car il n'y a pas de réservation, c'est dommage qu'un petit coin de deux tables ne soit pas réservé aux clients fidèles. Nourriture excellente pour un café, le concept est vraiment génial.
Les activités sont intéressantes & le cadre est agréable mais je trouve que les prix sont exagérés. J'ai payé 60$ pour une heure & 2 petites porcelaines qu'il faut récupérer 2 semaines après au magasin. Pas très pratique .A ne pas refaire pour moi.
C'est ma sortie préférée avec ma petite-fille. En ce temps de pandémie il est important de continuer de créer . De pouvoir le faire avec elle, dans une atmosphère conviviale c'est génial. Le personnel est accueillant, souriant, enjoué, aidant. Merci beaucoup de nous aider à vivre de beaux moments de vie.
Les tables près des fenêtres sont un peu trop collées, nous avons de la difficulté à bien se déplacer. Avec de la peinture & des pièces fragiles, il est facile de faire un dégât.
Moment de détente fantastique. J'y suis allée en décembre avec ma fille de 8ans qui a adoré l'expérience, & je me suis fait plaisir en y retournant seule. Bon accueil, activité vraiment intéressante. Sécuritaire (re. Covid), nourriture très bien, service excellent. Les employées étaient très gentilles & ne demandaient qu'à aider. & ça fait de beaux objets souvenirs dans ma salle de bain (distributeur de savon liquide & plateau à savon) & dans ma cuisine (petit plateau pour éponge).
Le personnel était souriant & aimable mais peu de service aux tables. Il a fallu constamment demander. Je suis également aller porter moi même ma vaisselle au comptoirs après 1 heure, la table était pleine. La nourriture était moyenne & le café aussi. Besoin de revisiter le menu! Ce serait bien de mettre les pots de peinture en ordre croissant. On passe un temps fou à chercher....

The equipment was adequate
Good option on colors
Choices of ceramics was good
Great for a date, children & families
The staff were generic & not very helpful they did the basics by pointing out where equipment was explanation on how to use the color chart was vague
Which became clear to me figuring it out after I had started helping the kids
Had the staff explained what to expect & how to choose from color chart before we had to deal with group of people trying to find their colors straight from the shelves like we were doing without having planned from chart
& the surprise of finding out we have to wait 10 days before bringing home the projects & having to return to our table to leave them at the table
Had all these things been explained properly at the beginning
I would have felt our business was appreciated & we were taken car of. I have already recommended to others but gave them the run down so they can enjoy without feeling lost. It is a great experience.
