Le service était plutôt moyen. Personne n'est venue nous voir à notre table pour faire le service ou nous e piquer la procédure. Nous étions un groupe de 5 personnes & deux d'entre nous étions déjà habitués alors nous avons quand même été en moyen d'apprécier l'activité. On peut voir qu'il y a un engouement pour la céramique, le café était plein un mardi dans la journée. Un peut dispendieux. Comme activité en famille ce fut plaisant. Hâte de voir les résultats.
Fun parent-child activity. I find it pretty expensive (most of the pieces are around $20) so we only go once a year. The cranberry ice tea was not very good, it was warm & tasted like chai but the kids really liked their milkshakes.
Bon service, personnel courtois & aimable, belle ambiance, nourriture bonne, environnement propre. Suggestion: offrir plus de variété dans les produits de céramique comme des vases & pots de différentes dimensions.
Efficient greeting, good explanations on how to get started. Had to ask to get drinks but we were served promptly when ordered.
A little expensive but worth it to please your 8 year old & over child. Younger than that & you will end up with a less than perfect masterpiece which may be fine given the circumstance tance...
My first time there & the first time we hosted a birthday party for our 9 year old.
Positives: very organized with the ceramic & painting. Kids were entertained & they loved it.
Negatives: very slow service for a coffee, tea, juice & wrap sandwich (15 minutes or more). The kids' lunch was the pizza & that was served in a normal delay.
Best service ever !! The host took really good care of us. She did her possible to give us time to let the kids finish their art. That's really appreciated !! The best part is she kept her smile & patient all that time !!
