Super belle expérience, les enfants ont adorés. Toutefois la dame au comptoir lors du paiement an mis 15% automatiquement de pourboire sur la facture totale. Il serait bien que le pourboire soit à la discrétion du client, & comme ce n'est pas un restaurant, nous ne savons si les gens sont payés au salaire "avec service" (donc moindre) ou au salaire minimum... 15% peut sembler beaucoup (surtout que nous n'avons pas consommer de nourriture).
Excellent service, Maxime est très patient pour les explications étant donné que c'était la première fois, service impeccable & exemplaire! Merci beaucoup & j'ai hâte d'y retourner...
Ambiance correct, bon choix de pièce mais cher un peu. Ils vous appellent même pas si vous avez plus qu’une pièce pour vous dire que c’est prêt, chose que la caissière ne nous a aucunement dite lors du payment. Lorsque j’ai appelé pour voir où en était nos articles, la demoiselle au téléphone (avec attitude), m’a dit qu’ils nous appelaient pas & qu’on était censé nous avoir averti. Pour ma part, je trouve ça stupide qu’ils ne nous contactent pas si nous avons plus qu’une pièce.
Première visite avec 3 autres personnes. Pas le moindre reproche. Bel accueil. Gentilesse des personnes qui nous guident & s'occupent de nous au besoin. Très belle expérience
Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre journée à peindre. Détente, relax & du plaisir. Dommage qu'il faille refaire un aller-retour de st-Hyacinthe pour récupérer nos objets!

I loved everything about this activity except the service. There was often a lot of colours & materials that were not available for use. Also, the person that was serving us gave us only part of the instructions & wouldn't even bother to help us find the colours & materials that we needed. Most of the time he was just waiting around not doing much. Also, the instructions on returning the products & materials that we used was not clear & I we didn't appreciate the way the people working there spoke to us. Otherwise, the prices of the ceramics are a little bit on the pricier side in my opinion, & I would definitely do this activity more often if the prices were a little lower.
