First time trying it, fun activity for couple or friends. Also, be careful with the reservation platform, it is not straight forward, & if you don't capture the right number of guests the comment section is useless, & you might get scold by the staff.

Nous avons reçu en cadeau 🎁 une séance d'une journée.🎉🎊 Malheureusement, nous n'avons pu réserver que pour 3 1/2 heures.😉 C'est un endroit très populaire & achalandé.
Mais c'était une expérience très amusante, intéressante & relaxante. Nous avons adoré le grand choix de "poterie" vierge à personnaliser selon notre inspiration. 😁😍.
Il y a aussi tout le matériel requis & un vaste choix de peinture.

Nous avons été là 2 hrs30 & personne est venu nous voir. Nous n'avons eu aucun service à la table. La feuille avec les bibelots a été remplie au moment de payer. Ce n'est pas la première fois que nous y allons & le service est toujours +/- bien. Mais, que personne ne soit venu nous voir en 2hrs30 c'est ordinaire. C'est la première fois de ma vie que je n'ai pas laisser de pourboire, parce qu'en plus de ne pas avoir eu de service on nous demande un pourboire... Nous y retournons à cause du concept & que mes nièces veulent y aller. Mais pour le prix d'une soirée aussi dispendieuse la question du service serait à revoir.

Personne ne nous a expliqué quoi faire jusqu'à ce qu'on ait déjà commencé & nous avons attendu plus de trente minutes pour recevoir notre nourriture. Nous avons dû demander à des employés si notre nourriture arriverait bientôt parce qu'ils avaient oublié notre commande.
L'accueil a été de nous présenter les instructions pour qu'on sache comment ça marche. Cela a été fait très vite. Il ne s'agissait pas d'un accueil chaleureux. On n'est pas venu nous voir pour nous offrir le menu.

Malheureusement, nous avons dû demander à deux reprises pour venir prendre la commande pour une boisson . Nous avons attendu plus de 1hr avant que quelqu'un se présente à la table pour prendre celle ci .
The overall shop & experience was nice, the food was good but, unfortunately there were a few concerns with cleanliness around the kitchen. As for the ambiance, the music was more of a punk mall experience & not that of a nice time at ceramics.
