Depuis son ouverture en 1997, on se donne rendez-vous au Céramic Café-Studio. It was my first time & it was fun but I hated the fact that we literally had to go get the staff so they can explain things to us when they told us someone was coming over to explain everything before we start. We also had to get them to come & explain us some things regarding the pochoirs because it stated to wait for staff to open the drawers. I hate feeling like I need to disturb the staff to ask for things but I also feel like a staff member should be where the paints are to help people find things.
I paid & I went to the bathroom before leaving to go home & I heard staff members speaking to each others on the other side of the door saying « I guess because of inflation people don't pay anymore » when I literally gave a 2$ tip on a 2,50$ tea.... That was a nice night but I don't think I'll come back because of the staff

The staff is excellent. Very friendly, very helpful. We ordered nachos & while the ingredients were very average quality, you can tell the staff went above that with putting it together. They layered the cheese & ingredients with the chips. Coffees were excellent. Great experience for families looking to do something fun, we will 100% come back.

Service was great, staff was super friendly & we had a nice time, all painting supplies were clean & ready for us to use! If i have one comment it would be to have more paper towel on the tables! Thanks for the nice memories!

Often take my grandkids to the ddo ceramic cafe. The staff are always amazing & helpful. But this time we went in the morning, & it was much quieter, which we loved! Also glad that the turn around on the firing of the pieces is now about a week. Last time I went it took over 3 weeks to get my finished pieces! Tks

We had a great time. The teens enjoyed themselves & so did the moms. The ceramics are adorable & there is so many to choose from, almost too many for me, it took me forever to decide. We will be going back.

We always love coming here. It was a first day of summer vacation for my daughter & friends & they had a blast. Wasn't too busy so was a perfect afternoon. Helpful staff & just a fun activity. Thank you!

A nice place to go relax & paint :) the only point I would improve would be to serve food as their kitchen was closed at the time we went (7pm). They were only serving cold drinks (soda, juice, iced tea)

I've had a beautiful time with my family at ceramic café. It was a pure pleasure to spend time with family while drawing. Highly recommended 👌 pleasure guaranteed!
