It was my first time at Ceramic Café, & maybe my last visit to this location. We were told that someone will come to our table to explain the process, but no one came. In the 3 hours that I was there, no server came to ask if we were okay or if we wanted anything to drink or eat. Other tables around us had servers approach them to bring water, ask if they wanted anything, or had any questions. It's a cute activity, unfortunately the service wasn't good.

We had a birthday party at Ceramic Café un the West Islsnd. It was amazing! It was very well organized, the kids had a blast & the service was perfect! Thank you for a great experience!

Very nice place, friendly staff, cozy atmosphere. Painting ceramics was funner than I expected, would definitely reccomend for dates or friendly activities.

Love this place! Great for a fun & memorable date night or with friends/family! The staff are friendly & knowledgeable with a large variety of ceramic pieces that you can paint! We love making custom Christmas ornaments here every year. I even made a special momento for a dear friend who lost their dog this year. The staff made a custom drill hole for ornament hanging & an opening for her to keep his collar inside. If you want a fun evening with a meaningful keepsake/gift, would definitely recommend this place!

Used to love coming here, but recently every time i’d receive the ceramic it would have splotchy or scratched off areas. Especially disappointed in this cup that i painted a week ago. Don’t mind the outlining of the letters, that was my messy job😂. Although, you can see that bits of the blue paint got in the middle of the letters (even pink somehow?) & it looks splotchy. Also on the edge of the cup, it unfortunate got scratched off which i kind of upset me. The service was fine tho. Hope this won’t happen again.

The ice coffee had a awful taste & the glass of waters were not drinkable. Like actually tasted like dirt - someone might want to look onto that, probably why the coffee also was not good. Overall it was a nice experience. Unfortuantely the woman who serves us did not give a detailed explanation but told us to read the info cards provided. However just a table over the other woman gave a full explanation which I feel would have been beneficial (ex. Only found out half way through that our brushes should be "wet" as to not scrap the ceramics & get particles lifted.)

Only had coffer, no food. Service was great. My first time there & working on ceramic. Loved it. Will come back with friends. Large choice if items to.paint. anxious to see final product glazed & baked. Thank you for this amazing experience.
