One of my favourite places to visit while in Montreal. I have tried many of their desserts & all were wonderful. Excellent customer service & great hours. Always look forward to this part of my trips.
Nourriture correcte, ambiance bof; le volume de la musique était élevé & ils nous ont défendu de jouer aux cartes en attendant la prise de la commande (env. 30 minutes)... La serveuse, par contre, était assez sympathique!

the food was so good. service was great & the guy that served us gave us recommendations on the chocolate for the fondant that we got & why we should not get the rose chocolate for it because it would be too berry. our sever gave us a little sample of the ruby chocolate & a gram cracker so we could try it & it was all delicious. 10/10 would recommend.
The C'wow dessert is not to be missed! We were advised by Sam to get it with vanilla ice cream- which was perfect! Wish I lived closer because I would come back here for my birthday dessert.

Happened upon it walking around on a sunny day today. Beautiful spot just off Ste Catherine, easily missed. Had milkshakes, affogado, & gelato. The affogado was delicious, presentation was gorgeous, & the boy said his oreo cheesecake Mason Jar Milkshake was the beat shake he has ever had! Prices were reasonable & service was lovely. Definitely a great spot. (Watch you step on the broken concrete at the entrance!)
The dish we ordered was really good, we got the c wow, but we found a pistachio with the shell on it & it almost broke a tooth, the shell was in the pistachio ice cream, We told the server & he offered extra ice cream. Eiad's customer service was not best, as we asked for the bill & it took them 20 minutes to bring us our bill to only offer us 10% discount, it was very offensive, as the bill should have been paid by the restaurant in full, not offer extra ice cream or 10% off. It felt like they only care about the money. Which is sad cause the C wow was wow, but because you may lose a tooth if you don't pay attention to what you are putting in your mouth.
My partner came & I arrived at C'Chocolat at 8:30 on a Saturday night, & while we were not expecting immediate service, we waited 20-ish minutes to have our order taken. The restaurant was rather full at the time, on staff were two more experienced waiters & a waitress who seemed new on the job. While the wait time is not the service staff's fault, it does show some mismanagement on the part of the management team as three servers does not seem like an adequate amount of staff on a packed Saturday night, especially if one is in training. The waitress who was new on the job took our order & asked us which type of sauce we'd like with our order & gave us options, we chose a sauce assuming that this was part of the meal. Later we came to find that this was an extra 1.50$ on our bill. While the sauce was good & we didn't mind paying the 1.50$ for the sauce, we had preferred if this extra charge was communicated to us, as we would not have had the sauce had we have known that it was an extra charge. I wish this business all the best, but we unfortunately did not have a great time.
The waffle black jack is just amazing 😻. I definitely recommend it. The place is cosy & friendly. The staff are friendly & kind. If you are craving for something sweet this is definitely your place.
Très bon service, serveuse souriante & le tout était rapide. Déçue cependant du chocolat chaud 70%. Comme précisé dans plusieurs commentaires, c'est dommage que le prix soit trop élevé par rapport à la qualité des produits. Le chocolat était trop sucré (dommage pour un 70%), un peu trop lourd & à la fois pas assez onctueux du fait que le shot servi avec ne se mélange pas bien avec le chocolat.
What a fantastic atmosphere! Very good service & high quality products throughout. Highly recommended to come here for anyone that even slightly care about chocolate as it's the core of all dishes & drinks.

What a great discovery this was! We came here after a birthday celebration to top off the evening with some dessert. It certainly didn't disappoint! I ordered a waffle but it wasn't your every day waffle. It was topped with decadent items to satisfy your sweet tooth. The drink I ordered was basically a hot chocolate with a shot of coffee. That was amazing! I will certainly be returning again. 😎👍
