Very disappointing service.
This establishment has no concept how to serve customers & how to rectify problems which they have caused.

Best dessert in town, we drove from Toronto just for their famous dome the C'WOW. The service & food is always a 10/10 highly recommend to try it out.

Shaden was an excellent server & hosted us wonderfully. She handled a nasty table of impatient ignorant tourists with grace & poise. Highly recommend

Delicious shakes (banana Nutella with a ahot of Bailey's - fabulous!) a Razzadazz fruity smoothie, a plentiful salad with beef slices, C'Wow & the pistachio dessert. Beautiful presentation, relaxing atmosphere & friendly service. Highly recommend if you have a sweet tooth, especially chocolate!!

Incroyable expérience du début à la fin ! L'ambiance du resto est tout simplement parfaite : chaleureuse, cosy, avec une petite musique d'ambiance qui te met directement à l'aise. Les desserts sont délicieux, bien présentés, & on sent qu'ils sont faits avec amour. Mention spéciale à la serveuse (Tania) : super gentille, souriante & très attentionnée, elle a rendu notre soirée encore plus agréable. Le service était rapide, les portions généreuses, & le lieu est propre & accueillant. C'est clairement devenu mon nouveau spot préféré pour une pause sucrée. Je recommande à 100 % !

So good! TONS of different options for chocolate desserts. The 70% chocolate desserts are to die for & the portions are ginormous. Highly recommend!

Tout était parfait. J'ai pris le C WoW ( la boule en chocolat) & c'était excellent, par contre je recommande de la manger à 2.

Highly recommend it! The crepe was soft & tasty. The toppings (browning bits, strawberry & ice cream) were also delicious & seemed fresh. I cannot wait to go back & try one of the savoury crepes!

Gotta get my C'Wow everytime I come here. Amazing. Our waitress Tania or Tanya's service was impeccable & made sure we were satisfied & our water was always refilled without asking. Service always with a smile. Highly recommend especially if you have a sweet tooth.

Was there yesterday. Amazing food & wonderful service at C'Chocolat! Our waitress, Lynn, was always smiling & incredibly attentive, making the experience even better. Highly recommend!

Great little place for chocoholics. The menu is rich & varied in both chocolate desserts & drinks, including a large variety of hot chocolate drinks. We had the crepes & the chocolate dome dessert which is a dramatic show in itself Both desserts were really well made & the chocolate was top notch. Highly recommended if you're a chocolate lover & are nearby.

We visited this place after reading all the reviews, & they were all so correct! The desserts at this place are so good. The menu has so many different options to choose from & the service is also commendable. Would recommend getting Hot Chocolate & Black Jack!
