The waitstaff displayed a lack of professionalism that was quite disappointing. After spending around 20 minutes at the bar, it felt as though we were being ignored entirely. Such treatment is unacceptable, & I believe it's essential for staff to recognize the importance of all customers & the value of their time.View more
