I have been there many times. What makes me keep going back they know what a lounge should be like, they're always busy packed which is a personal indicator this place is good. The staff are friendly yet professional & always respectful. Last time me & my friends went there we ordered a lot of things & it wasn't expensive at all. Food is always great chairs are very comfortable. Totally recommend it if you're looking for a place to kick back & relax with your friends.

Castello Lounge boasts a cozy atmosphere, friendly staff, & a diverse menu. It's perfect for casual meals & gatherings. Highly recommended!

After trying all shisha lounges in Laval, this is the best one of them, came twice to watch a football game, great service & friendly people at the service

Me & the guys always have an amazing time at Castello Shisha Lounge, & a lot of it was thanks to Bassel. I have been there a lot & he is always super welcoming, he knew his stuff about all the different shisha flavors, & hooked us up with some great picks.
