Je ne laisse jamais de commentaires qu'il soit positif ou négatif avant d'avoir essayer au moins à 2 reprises & mes 2 expériences ont été les mêmes avec la poutine sauce brune ... prix très élevé pour une petite poutine du même format que le bébé ailleurs, sauce brune plutôt liquide & trop salée, très peu de fromage. Au moins la seule frite qui ne baignait pas dans la sauce était croustillante. Donc ok pour les frites mais la poutine est à éviter.
Vivre le casse-croute Courteau !!!! Leur poutine La Doc est ma préférée une vraie tuerie & leur poulet popcorn est tout simplement trop bon, croustillant à souhait !
Le service est toujours courtois & attentionné, même quand c'est achalandé. Le menu est super varié, les portions généreuses, & on sent que tout est fait avec soin.
I have to edit the review after my last experience. Updated: the proprietary contacted me wanting to know more about what's happened. He offered me my original order for free, whenever I wanted. I used & the poutine was delicious. So everything is good . First review: I ordered "poutine" around 4 p.m. &, after arriving home, I took care of the kids & began eating. Unfortunately, I noticed that the fries were burned. I called the restaurant to politely clarify the situation, & they offered me either a medium fries or $10 (though I had ordered & paid for a large). I suggested returning the fries, & they agreed to replace them. When I arrived at the restaurant, the manager was called to speak with me in front of other customers. She mentioned that I must have eaten the fries a while ago, which is why they weren't in good condition. I found that explanation confusing. I also expressed that I felt somewhat uncomfortable with the situation, as I believe the staff should have the authority to resolve these matters directly. I was left feeling a bit embarrassed & disappointed, as the burned fries were clearly not my fault. After a brief discussion with the manager on the phone, she kindly offered to replace my order. While I appreciate the offer, the entire experience left me feeling unsettled. I'm uncertain if I will return in the future.
