I came here & it wasn't that busy after 20min after being seated we didn't get any type of service not even a glass of water was brought to us we got up & left

I LOVED my experience at Carlos & Pepe's! As someone that is a picky eater I usually don't reach for mexican food but this restaurant has proved me wrong!! I took a reservation with the sweet hostesss, her name was Christine, if I recall right & her energy was lighting up the whole room! She sat me at this table beautifully lit & assigned me an amazing waitress who was just as kind. I went with my grandmother & the food both made us want to travel to Mexico. We actually booked a flight for next month. Thank you Christine for introducing us to mexican cuisine! ARIBA 🇲🇽🌮

I went with my kids for the first time last Saturday, & I was a bit nervous because I wasn't sure if I would like the atmosphere, but the hostess at the front desk was so sweet! Her name was Christine if I recall, & she couldn't have made my experience better !! The food also made me so happy & my kids loved it! Definitely recommend!

Ma première & dernière visite. Bien que le personnel ait été très gentil, l'expérience culinaire a été décevante. J'ai pris le bol de poulet BBQ, qui n'était pas à la hauteur, mais surtout, j'ai fait une intoxication alimentaire par la suite. Je ne reviendrai pas.

This is not mexicain food I orded enchiladas with green tomato sauce received one with no sauce & melted cheese no flavor just tasted like cheese & order the tortilla soupe was amazing back then now half the size ,tasteless & very thick last time we are coming to the carlos & pepe
