Très très déçue, nouveau proprio ne met plus de chip de maïs ainsi que salsa en entrée comme les autres. Nous avons pris fagitas en trio poulet crevettes steak le tout brûlé calcinés & les tortillas froide avons retourné puisque pas reçu le repas. Je ne recommande pas ce Carlos à Laval centropolis…

Noah & son associé mon servie comme des rois , la cuisine Est excellente , très abordable & délicieuce. Je recommande a tous qui aiment la cuisine mexicaine. De Mrs mezcal ♥?
We went to try this place with our friends - made a reservation online which was nice - when we arrived on a Sunday noon, place had a couple of tables- there was only one server in the resto - took time to place the order , & food took around 30 min to arrive , maybe a big order , but shouldn't on such a slow day - food was ok but nothing wow- I can't say it is bad but nothing outside the box - the waiter was nice though but he was alone which created a sensation of rush - the decor was nice however music & ambiance can be much upgraded. The thing we liked was our margarita pitcher sorry missed the picture (recommended)

I had an incredible dining experience at Carol's & Pepe's, thanks to the exceptional service provided by our waiter Nick. From start to finish, they went above & beyond to ensure our evening was perfect. Nick's recommendations were spot-on-every dish he suggested was delicious & exactly what we were looking for. The attention to detail & friendly demeanor truly made the evening memorable. If you're looking for great food & impeccable service, I highly recommend dining here & ask for him.
I recently visited Carlos & Pepe's & had an amazing experience. The Mexican food was absolutely fantastic & bursting with authentic flavors. Each dish, from the appetizers to the main courses, was a delightful taste of Latin cuisine. The vibrant atmosphere & great vibes added to the overall enjoyment, making it a perfect spot for a fun, lively dining experience. I highly recommend Carlos & Pepe's for anyone looking to enjoy delicious Mexican food in a lively, Latin-inspired setting.

We decided to go here for a spontaneous dinner, for our 12 years wedding anniversary. We all thoroughly enjoyed our time, the food was great, served promptly, lots of flavor & copious amounts. Our server David was great, just enough present to be helpful & let us eat in peace. (I don't like waiters that hover & ask every 2 minutes if everything ok...) It was a pretty busy night, but we were served quickly & all the dishes we chose were prepared perfectly & to our liking. My kids LOVED their cheeseburgers, while hubby & I enjoyed the few appetizers & the mac n cheese. Our drinks were great too! Overall, would definitely be back & would definitely recommend this restaurant 👌🏻 😋
Je ne suis pas un grand connaisseur de la cuisine mexicaine, mais ma référence a toujours été le restaurant 3 Amigos, avec ses croustilles de maïs grillées & salsa offertes gracieusement pendant que vous attendez des plats généralement très généreux. Notamment, leur service de Fajitas est toujours un spectacle avec des plats fumants & pétillants qui arrivent à votre table.
J'étais donc plein d'enthousiasme en entrant dans ce restaurant mexicain au décor inspiré des films Disney & Pixar comme "Coco". La grande salle était facile d'accès, parfait pour toute la famille (j'étais avec ma fille). Le service était souriant & aimable, ce qui promettait une belle expérience.
Mais mon enthousiasme a vite été douché. D'abord, pas de croustilles de maïs avec salsa à l'arrivée. Bon, je peux comprendre, on ne sert plus de pain comme avant dans les restaurants, mais c'était quand même décevant.
Ce qui m'a vraiment déçu, cependant, c'est le service des fajitas. Vous connaissez l'expression "bombed" des stand-ups américains? C'est exactement ce qui s'est passé ici. Pas de fumée spectaculaire, pas de frétillement des légumes grillés; j'avais l'impression que le tout avait été réchauffé au micro-onde avant d'être étalé naïvement en rangée dans une assiette pré-réchauffée. Cela n'avait rien à voir avec le spectacle culinaire auquel je m'étais habitué aux 3 Amigos.
Bref, si vous cherchez une expérience mexicaine authentique, ou même juste un bon service de fajitas, je vous recommande de vous rendre ailleurs, peut-être aux 3 Amigos. Cette visite m'a fait réaliser combien un bon restaurant mexicain peut vraiment élever l'expérience du dîner, & malheureusement, ce n'était pas le cas ici.
Je dois cependant donner un "Thumbs Up" à notre serveuse qui était non seulement gentille & souriante mais qui nous a également suggéré d'aller au cinéma en fin de soirée pour voir "Gran Turismo". Nous avons suivi son conseil & avons vraiment apprécié le film.
Ce n'est pas souvent qu'un membre du personnel va au-delà de son rôle pour améliorer votre soirée, & cela mérite d'être reconnu. Même si le restaurant n'a pas comblé nos attentes en matière de nourriture, cette petite touche personnelle a sauvé en partie la soirée.

Had the fajitas & Nachos plates, both were mediocre.
the fajitas combo (21$), comes with three shrimp & three pieces of beef. The shrimp tails should have been removed & the beef should be cut into smaller piece to make your fajitas, the sauce & cheese provided were in puny portions (1 once), it was hard to get more than 2 fajitas.
Even the nachos all dressed plate was blah.
Service was just okay, no effort whatsoever, no one seemed to enjoy working there.
Overall, this place is not great , would not recommend.
Carlos & Pepes was a restaurant my wife suggested so we went for lunch. Once we arrived, there was no wait & we were seated instantly. Service was acceptable but nothing out of the ordinary. We ordered Chicken Quesadillas & Chicken Fajitas, both very good & enjoyable. The setting is amazing; you feel that you are on vacation down south with all those colors. The decor is attractive even the door bathrooms have an interesting design. Recommended for the food & the setting.

J'ai vraiment aimé mon expérience au Carlos & Pepe's. J'y suis d'ailleurs retournée une deuxième fois!
Je vous recommande les burrItos. Ils sont délicieux! À chaque bouchée j'avais des coeurs dans les yeux :)
Les serveurs sont sympa & le service est rapide, même un vendredi soir.
On peut y aller en famille, avec des amis ou en couple. Je ne recommande pas l'endroit pour un diner d'affaire puisque c'est tout de même très bruyant & informel.
