Food was good. Ordering was an experience... ordered 2 chicken roti & 1 ox tail, he came out with our food we paid got in the car & had so much extra food ..they need a new receptionist..

J'ai lu les commentaires & les clients ont parfaitement raison quand ils disent que le riz est trop sec. Mais par contre les services est bon. Mais le gros problème c'est que personne ne parle français & la cuisine est aussi leur vestiaire & n'est pas la propre. J'ai vu des chaussures à terre du papier d'emballage & beaucoup de poussière & la caisse est dans la cuisine au lieu d'être au comptoir etc.

Don't waste your time calling. You can call an hour beforehand & your food still won't be ready when you get there. Lol.

I noticed the quality go down since covid & I can sympathize but last night was too much.
I ordered goat roti & I got a potato roti. There's barely any meat & it was dry af.
Ya'll one of the only spots open late, but this is extortion 😂

Got there, asked the staff how long it would takr for our food to be ready, she said 10mins, waited 30mins. Order 1 jerk chicken plate & 1 curry chicken plate.
Got home, plantains are missing, festivals are missing & the hot sauce that we asked as extra was missing.
The food is just ok, not spicy enough, nor spiced enough.
Would not return.

Excellent jerk chicken- a must try.
Such great seasonings & flavours all throughout their jerk chicken plate. Great value as well at 14$. Good amount of heat too. Look forward to going back for fish & oxtail.

The jerk chicken is juicy, spicy & full of flavours. I go there once every 2 week for the past year. Try it. You wont regret it.

Very disappointed, ordered a beef stew, i even called to confirm if they have & said yes, when i got the food they gave us chicken i went to ask for a beef stew they said they dont have… they didnt even tell me they dont have when they were taking my orde

I had the jerk chicken - it was delicious & I kind of like how it feels like you're eating in your friend's living room. Also the portion was great for a hungry lady like me.

I tried many jerk chicken from different restaurants in my life, even in jamaica aswell. But none of those places had what Caribbean food factory has! This spot here has the best jerk chicken plate ever, it is so good I could be eating that daily for the rest of my life. Best order is Jerk chicken plate & a set of fried dumplings.

Ordered delivery via UberEats, jerk chicken platter. Everything came warm, chicken was delicious & tender, meat came off the bone with a fork. Well spiced, even the rice. Good portion for the price.
