Brasserie artisanale.

Review Summary

Canton Brasse - Artisans Brasseurs comes across as a calm, welcoming microbrewery with a pleasant ambiance and a strong beer selection. It is noted as a great spot for Monday quiz nights and beer, with friendly staff who go the extra mile, including helping guests at closing and offering cans of beer. The service is described as excellent, and the beers are repeatedly praised as very good. The venue offers a small bistro style kitchen with sandwiches, nachos and other finger foods, making it a nice find for a casual bite. The location is central and convenient, though parking can be limited, and the vibe is well suited for after outdoor activities or a stroll in the cantons.

Nice little brewery in the center of town. Small food menu. More finger food style. Good selection of beers. Limited parking.

Popped in because we had a bit of time & didn't regret it at all. We ordered both the 125 West & the Bowen & they were amazing. We enjoyed them with a side of chips & salsa (the salsa was delicious) It gives off a dessert vibe with its walls & patio. While we sat outside, the interior is fantastic especially on a hot day with its air conditioning. Good beer for an affordable price.

Good beers, great atmosphere. Even though it's next to the gas station, it's a nice space. People are very nice, even though I speak French poorly.

Lovely place, first time I've ever liked an IPA as much as their Pointe de Tart & their fruity beer, Grand Duc, is simply out of this world. Cannot wait to go back!!
