Malheureusement je ne peux pas mettre une bonne note a ce restaurant! Premièrement le poulet était froid & pas vraiment bien cuit! La sauce goûtait l'eau & le service n'étais pas génial non plus pas de sourire... Dans les premières années cétais tellement bon & là je sais plus ce qui ces passé avec ce restaurant!

We reserved for our christmas family party for pick up.
When we got home with our food it was still piping hot! Food was super fresh chicken was tender & juicy! The sauces on chicken was delicious! The little round potatoes were a huge hit at our table!
We highly recommend cantinho's for delicious Portuguese chicken!

Last time I go to this place, worst customer service, after paying 42$ for a family trio the quality of food & service was not the same as when we started going there when they opened.i paid extra for the patatoes & with extra sauce & they didn't want to put the sauce on the potatoes when i said that i asked for it & paid extra they said the potatoes don't come with the sauce, which i was surprised cause we have ordered the same thing several years. The owner comes out & i told him the situation & he was rude & condescending, his name is Carlos & told me if i was not happy to not come back. Whenever i go there it seems everyone is miserable to work there or extremely rude all the time, doesn't make you want to go back. It also comes with the owner that is not respectful in any way to to customer that is a loyal one to say the least. Not going back! Last time!!! Their is no more customer service. Not recommending this resto to anyone.

Went there with a work colleague for lunch. I don't know why it is a 3.9. I think the food was very good. I've had the chicken breast. I've had the burger & I've had the sandwich & every time it was delicious. You have a choice of mild medium or hot sauce. I took the medium which is not hot at all as far as I'm concerned but very delicious. I really don't understand the place doesn't look like much from outside but it's really really good food. I suggest that & I'm a picky eater, a little bit picky. This place is really really good. I'm going to share a picture of our meals. The picture you're going to see is the chicken breast or the chicken leg with the you have a choice of three sides which are all delicious. The service is not super super fast but it's okay they take care of you. They talk to you. They're overall very serviceable & professional. Like I said, the place doesn't look like much, but it's really good. One of those places cover. It's one of those hidden gems. I like to call it so if you go there & you try it & you like it the way we do leave a comment for them. Give them a little five star to help them because they're worthy of a high score online. Having gone there & experienced it more than once I can really say so. Don't hesitate guys go try it out. It's on Henri Bourassa & it's very good

J'avais l'habitude de manger là (avant covid) c'était rare mais toujours délicieux. Maintenant depuis peu c'est toujours graisseux à souhait & ils chargent 80$ pour 2 poulets 2 patates & 1 riz! A ne rien comprendre. Où est passée la joie de vivre dans ces plats? Les sauces ne sont rendues que des flaques d'huile! On a manger prc qu'il n'y avait rien d'autre à manger ( en plein déménagement) vraiment déçue! & pour couronnée le tout un long cheveux noir dans le poulet a ma grand-mère! Qui avait faim & n'a pas pu terminer.....

I find myself in a bit of a dilemma while writing this review. After our go-to restaurant closed its doors, my boyfriend & I decided to give its second location a try. Unfortunately, our experience has been quite mixed. The old place set a high standard, though there was an odd situation with a waitress who insisted on dictating tips - that was annoyingly strange. Hopefully she won't be back when the restaurant relaunches. This location hasn't been consistent. On several occasions, we ordered the chicken plate only to find it undercooked in various places. Unlike the previous menu, they no longer offer boneless chicken breast, only boneless thighs, which, for a food enthusiast like me, makes a noticeable difference in taste. The piri piri sauce seems to lack the rich flavors it once had. Despite expecting more from their only remaining location, the overall experience was inconsistent, leaving us consistently disappointed. I am not sure if we'll be returning.

Le poulet & la sauce vraiment bon & savoureux. La salade pourrait être mieux car apres avoir trouvé une feuille complete meme pas coupé & un coeur de salade entier dans ma salade ouf. Le staff a besoin de formation. Les frites sont bonne & le riz aussi. Boss former votre personnel. Jaimais beaucoup ce restaurant avant. Les cotes levees sont delicieuses.assiette portions genereuses
