Installez-vous confortablement dans un bateau âgé de 45 ans certes mais au décor frais et coloré, à l'ambiance cosy et à la vue forcément inimitable. à la tombée de la nuit, le café se transforme en lounge tandis que musique et lumières éveilleront le bateau.

Honestly, this is such a unique place, & I loved every second of it when I went there for a date! It was a rainy evening, & there was one other group sitting in the back having a good time. The whole aesthetic at that moment felt like it was from a Hallmark movie, with the rain splashing on the window, sitting across from a pretty girl sipping her rum cocktail, & the lighting that brought a sense of comfort & nostalgia for something you lost but never had. The drinks were reasonably priced & delicious. I've paid $40 for drinks that weren't even half as good as these. I met the owner too, & he was really sweet, explaining the history behind the place. I want this place to be a super hot spot, but for my own selfish reasons, I wish it stays our little secret. Highly recommend it!

Whenever I have guests in town, I always bring them to the Canal Lounge. It offers a unique & beautiful atmosphere right on the Lachine Canal, next to Atwater market.
