This place & the concept are really nice! We were able to seat on top of the boat & the view is great. The drinks are good & even tjough their menu isn't big it's good. The staff was also really kind & fast. Will definitely go back!
Petit bar sur une péniche vraiment très sympa pour une soirée ou un apéro au coucher du soleil! Les drinks sont bons & les petits bouchées à partager très bien aussi. Arrivez relativement tôt pour avoir une place!
Friendly service. Great view of the Canal, especially when you're outside. We were lucky to get the front to ourselves. Our red wine was warm, & the selection of snacks & drinks were pretty basic. Basically come for the experience but maybe just for one glass.

I enjoyed the concept of a lounge on a boat. It's beautifully decorated with fresh flowers & plants. There are several seats inside & a few outside. I couldn't do outside because it was on cushions, & I wouldn't be able to lift myself afterward. Seabreeze (drink) was delicious, & so were the shared appetizers. It's really cozy.
This bar is simply stunning. The venue is a repurposed boat with a gutted inside to offer ample seating. They have a dozen or so tables along both sides & a bathroom at the back of the boat near the bar. When you're sitting down, you can feel the boat swaying back & forth. You can also open the windows & say hi to people passing by on paddle boats. This bar has two outdoor seating areas; one at the front, which can be challenging to get to as you need to swing around the side of the opening into the bar, & another one at the back, up a ladder. Personally, I preferred the front outdoor seating area, as it offers a gorgeous view of the canal & has gorgeous flowers to admire. Be aware that you are exposed to the elements outside of the boat & it can get quite chilly. The chairs are also not affixed to the boat, so one slip & you might end up in the canal. The rear outdoor seating is just a set of cushions in a wooden box, but it feels a lot more secure. The outdoor seating areas fill up immensely quickly, so you have to be lucky to get one, but the other tables indoors are gorgeous as well. I ordered La Bouee, which was a delicious drink, & a Perfect Storm, which I enjoyed mixing to my taste. My friend ordered a Malibu Seabreeze & said it was absolutely delicious. We also got chips to share, but I thought at $7 it was quite overpriced. Do note this bar has a 2 hour limit on stays, but this wasn't a problem in my experience. We weren't asked to leave, but also went on a weekday when the bar was nearly entirely empty. Keep it in mind if there's a line waiting on the pier.
Cool boat that could have been a great atmosphere but fake flowers, color changing leds, & mismatched furniture (not in the good way) ruins it. Cocktails are fine not more, but priced accordingly at least. What you have then is a so so dive bar on the water. Combine with really bad service when we visited, we waited for our drinks for over 45 minutes & were only served excuses, no apologies. Too bad, but won't be back.
We really enjoyed our few hours at The Canal Lounge 🤩 Can't think of a better way to while away a few hours - having a couple of drinks on a lazy Saturday afternoon watching the world go by. Love the concept & ambience 💞

The vibes on this boat are really next level. I almost don't want to review it because I secretly want it to remain a *hidden* gem. The drinks are really refreshing & lovely prepared. The $19 Aperol spritz is not as overpriced as it seems. I didn't try the food but I'm sure it's great. Would be amazing to rent it out for a party. I'll definitely make an effort to return here when I'm in the area again.
Honestly, this is such a unique place, & I loved every second of it when I went there for a date! It was a rainy evening, & there was one other group sitting in the back having a good time. The whole aesthetic at that moment felt like it was from a Hallmark movie, with the rain splashing on the window, sitting across from a pretty girl sipping her rum cocktail, & the lighting that brought a sense of comfort & nostalgia for something you lost but never had. The drinks were reasonably priced & delicious. I've paid $40 for drinks that weren't even half as good as these. I met the owner too, & he was really sweet, explaining the history behind the place. I want this place to be a super hot spot, but for my own selfish reasons, I wish it stays our little secret. Highly recommend it!
the ambiance is great & service was also good, but unfortunately the drinks were not on par & seemed very watered down. my friend & i got the sunset iced tea + malibu sea breeze & both seemed more like mocktails
